The food was great. I’ve been going a few times this week when I got off work and during those yeny and Alvin were super nice and customer service was great. The food I got was fresh and very yummy. I recommend getting the 2 tacos and curly fries for sure. It just that other customers get impatient but yeny handled it perfectly.

They always have an attitude when you step in ,then direct you to the kiosk to order. I stated I'm paying cash ,they look and go about doing what was doing, talking etc. Minutes later come to counter with attitude taking order. Then speak in Spanish to others workers. Wait time long ,staff have attitude like don't want to work . If that case i rather have a full automated restaurant completely Ai controlled.

Your establishment is either short staffed or not organized.

Management needs to step up! you are setting up your employees to a hostile/harassment work environment. People are literally shouting at your employees for the lack of service.

I left the establishment due to the lack of service, long waiting time and inconveniences of listening to people scream at your employees.

Bad service. From cashier, on Sunday there was a person waiting to order in person 15min. and didn't get serve. Wasted Waited time after ordering on kiosk to pay there and the cashier seem like didn't care to work

I wish Jack n a Box had more healthy options that doesn't cost $15 for a salad with chicken. Overall this location the employees are nicer than the location on Manchester and Hoover. They're mean and Jack in a Box has me messed up when I was jipped on my munchies meal I didn't get any coupons or discounts in the mail they told me to call the number and for what I got nothing! Jack in a Box as a corporation needs to do better I mean way better when it comes to customer satisfaction!

Went inside the store to order but was told to use the kiosk instead since they were busy. I Ordered through the phone app instead since the kiosk didn't have the order/deal that I wanted to ask about. The order was on time to pickup, but still had to wait for someone to attend. Was handed my order and the worker walked away. On top of that, my order was incomplete; only got 2 of the 3 orders. Just a bad service/ experience

No line and still like that Astrid had an attitude and slam the window without even considering if a customer would like anything else, waited 3 minutes until she came back to the window & when asked for condiments still has an attitude if you don’t like your job find another one 😌

I dnt ever eat inside . But what I can say is that when I pass through the drive thru. They always talk to me with a good attitude … they’re just always so nice . They always repeat my order. And when I recieve my order it’s always hot and fresh .

I order ahead on the app and I still have to wait 15-20 minutes for my order to be ready. This is outrageous. And the person working there is telling me that they have a lot of orders and I have to wait, but I placed my order and it should be done in the order it had been received, but apparently they are prioritize some either orders. That has happened multiple times at that particular location. Very slow service. 20 minutes of waiting just for three sandwiches. Outrageous.

Employee Alejandra who was running the register thought I was lying when I kept asking for a missing items from my order. She asked for my receipt twice and still can't give our orders right. The first time she thought I was lying about a missing soda that I didn't get . The 2nd time I came back with my sister since jack in box forgot to give my 6 year old nephew with AUTISM kid's meal . Alejandra still had the audacity to ask for the receipt the 2nd time and she wasn't trying to give us the kids meal. To be fair yes we were frustrated already but due to the fact they kept taking forever with our items and yet we were not the only ones who were frustrated. I just don't understand how Alejandra wasn't trying to give us a kid's meal for my nephew when we already paid for it. She even checked the receipt beforehand. My nephew has autism and he really was hungry already . We were not going to wait or leave without his kids meal. Yes she can say we were angry but we had the right to be @jackinthebox
