Updated : service is horrible i ordered online, app crashed and came to pickup my food stood in line 10-20 minutes before anyone asked me if i needed help or was there to pickup my order, asked for refund due to this after seeing my burger was sitting on counter whole time out of view getting cold. Management started complaining like they didn't just ignore me with the rest of staff 6 days later no refund on my card.up 15 days no refund they stole my money !

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!Alejandra is incompetent.. I ordered food inside & asked for water. Alejandra skipped my number. Three numbers later I went & inquired about my food. Alejandra said she already gave me my food. Like wtf are u talking about? So I'm just standing here lying about some 99cent tacos????Then she asked for my receipt. Looked at my receipt. Then proceeded to give me the WRONG ORDER SMHSo she asked to see the receipt again!After all that receipt looking, I had to ask again for my water SMHHORRIBLE!!! She needs to be fired or retrained at the least!!!!I get home, call the store and spoke with the manager Guadalupe. she was no help either. Saying she'll forward my number to a guy named Alex who will help me. I requested his info but was denied!!!Let's wait on Alex's call

I had a great service at the drive thru , Carla which I believe her name is, has a great customer service took my order right which is really rare on most of the drive thrus .... I would definitely go back and let her take my order
Ordered a kids nugget meal for my child. Opened it up, they gave me 4 “jalapeño poppers” but the gag is , no jalapeños were in there only the fried shell.Then I gave the lady $15, my meal was $13. I ask for my change she says no I gave it to you. I said no, so she says oh well I closed the box and I don’t have the key. She offered a coupon for 2 free tacos and slipped it in my bag. By this point I’m irritated bc she already asked my order 3xs. I get home and the coupon say 2 free tacos with menu item purchase. What a SLAP IN THE FACE! I never leave comments but she really pissed me off
