Waited over 40 minutes for a pick up order and then was given the wrong order, just to wait until they finally finished attending everyone to get my food. Food was cold by then and the attitude of the ppl is appalling. Always double check to ensure the food is right because I've been here multiple times and many times the order is messed up

As soon as you walk into the establishment, it smells like feces.I told the manager 2 months ago.The manager shushed me off.So so instead of getting upset I just left.I went back in yesterday and it still smells the same.They said that the Sure, line.There is backed up.They should close the place until it's fixed

Late night food as you know I don’t like to eat fast food as Chinese food is my favorite. Always got to go through the drive through. A solid in and out location for my late night munchers. They do have a much meal you can participate in or u can even get the teriyaki bowl is one favorite orders to go for besides the regular jumbo jack or the double jumbo jack. This would be the top food for fast food restaurants
The employees at the one I go to are not friendly and get my order wrong I think it's a language problem ? ? theirs or mine

I visit the same location every time and the service is questionable every time period. Whenever you order a Burger, you always have to check to make sure it's the correct burger. Or has the correct amount of patties that you ordered for it? They don't pay attention ever an at night the route stepping game up.
