I visit the same location every time and the service is questionable every time period. Whenever you order a Burger, you always have to check to make sure it's the correct burger. Or has the correct amount of patties that you ordered for it? They don't pay attention ever an at night the route stepping game up.

I only go to this jack n the box because it’s convenient to where i live and yet they still continue to get my orders wrong, even my door dash orders. I continue to go here and spend my hard earned money on good food but the service is horrendous. All they do is smile and say “im sorry” … dont be sorry. Be better.

I was just up there on my lunch in the drive thru and this male employee sweeping up in the parking lot and drive thru kept getting in the way of customers and stopping them! When I was driving to the window, he gets out of the way and says I can go and then he stops me to sweep and tells the employee at the window to close it and he starts cleaning the window and kept turning around looking at me?‼️ I understand they have to keep the place clean and all but he was just completely rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful!!
