I went to drive thru on 8/6/2025 Wednesday around 230pm and I forgot my debit card,,I IMMEDIATELY called this jack n the box and told them I was going after work at 8pm to pick up my debit card,,I got there and I got my debit card without a problem,, I get home and noticed a charge of 22.37dls that wasn't mine,,,I called my bank and told them what happened and got my money back.

I’m here at 3:36 am on July 27. Waited about 15 mi minutes in line just to be told they are doing cash. Now I’m literally STUCK in the drive thru. Wow. Thanks for wasting my time and only taking cash and now forcing me to be stuck in the drive thru. I’d never come here again

The area where it is at is a little ghetto you see a lot of transient people.
The price on my receipt is higher than what is on the menu. This is the second time that I've addressed this problem at a Jack In The Box. The insult to the injury is that when I attempted to bring it to the attention of the manager on duty, he disappeared into the back of the store. I understand that it is a difficult location, but if the manager is not up to the task, he shouldn't be working with the public.
