I came in at 1 AM. I am a commercial truck driver, only the drive thru was open and i tried to place an order by walking to window, the A Hole refused to take my order saying i need a car. What kind of dumb policy is that ??? Makes no f sense.

This was a good jack in the box, it was big, lots of seating, clean restrooms. The food was good, but I like jack’s, I had a late breakfast sandwich and potato. It was fresh, hot. Service was very good.

Man I love this location at Jack in the box the food taste great especially their ice 🧊 coffee is so good 😊. Even there 8 pieces of chicken 🐓 nuggets takes like 💯. Especially ice 🧊 coffee and the Jumbo Jack are like A 💯. Best service and the atmosphere is great and the food taste like a 💯.

They spend days making the food ugly, giving it hard or watery bread, so they run out of something and so they give it to you without lettuce because it runs out, I don't know, and they give you ugly dehydrated lettuce that is not suitable for the garbage, that is not valid and I still saw the Worker make signs and tell her co-worker that's it. They think that as a customer we don't see their crap, they give nothing as we ask for...(Julme M.) 6:18 pm 02/08/35 and then they say that it's the customer, a good customer gets bad service and the aggressive one doesn't go overboard...😠

They cheated me out of a side of rice and a side of veggies. I repeated myself like 3 times that i wanted TWO sides of rice and veggies each. They literally went on to give me ONE side of each. The girl, Jenny, still charged me the amount of $5.48
I am not sure what the issue is, and i am not really complaining about the money here, but really? She messes up an order that simple? I mean how do you expect me not to see it as pure negligence and just trolling? Like what is the point of doing that on purpose?…
