This location has horrible customer service. My past 3 orders have been wrong. Two of them were for delivery and I had to drive to the location to pick up my missing items. How do you miss four out of six burgers in someone's order? Once there, there were only 3 employees working the entire store. Other customers in there were complaining about missing items also and wait times exceeding 20 minutes. The lady in front of me waited over 15min for 2 strawberry shakes. From now on I will be driving to a further location that has been great in service to avoid the horrible location.

Around 3 pm Feb 3 I was attended by one employee [at cashier ] that he alone cannot focus on the order, so much so that is worrying for his safety and any one else. Review your video to see his movements face in the direction of noises and whatever else he was "interested" in.

Every single time I have gone to this location they have messed up my order somehow!! And just now I arrived to order in the dining room at 9:40 and the doors were locked only for the worker to say “We’re closed” Not for twenty more minutes you weren’t!! Worst service!!

This is crazy. Yall won't accept my application cuz I'm white and yall can't even put a custom burger together properly... I asked for my sauces on the burger since IT WAS TO CUSTOMIZE THE BURGER!!!!. EITHER HIRE ME SO I CAN MAKE THE BURGERS CORRECTLY OR FIX UR APP. Like come on.. the food is cold. I asked for extra lettuce .. I'm not a complainer but come on.. if ur not going to hire me . At least hire people who know how to follow simple directions. I know I'm not tripping because I got a mcdonalds chicken burger before yall and it's still warm.. I gave yall so many chances . And yall just killed Jack's for me. So just do the world a favor and go outta business. Cuz I know nothing I said will ever be fixed .
