The jumbo Jack I ordered was excellent however the pumpkin spice churros were all dried up in the middle couldn't even bite into it plus was super saturated in grease I had to trash it! There's something always wrong with their churros every time I order them. I guess they'll never get it right.
They do well, even tho it's always some new employee in training.

It's no different than any other jack in the box,.. but I ordered ? taco's,. Always been my favorite,. And onion rings,.. that right there was their screw up,.. don't know if a manager was on hand but the way my onion rings came out of the freezer when they're all stuck together frozen,...
