Every time I order here through Uber eats I never get my sauce. It’s not even a special request, it’s part of tender order! I end up having eat dry chicken and the soda tasted extremely watered down.

misses uber eats notes all the time. gives wrong order. missing items i paid for. stingy with butter milk. this location needs to hire competent people. fountain drink taste like water.
This jack is the worst ever I ordered tiny tacos and the bag was so greasy it was dripping on the car seat I was so pissed I just threw it away how could they not check for that !

This place did an excellent job of robbing me for my money. I ordered a ultimate cheeseburger and some loaded tiny tacos. Order was correct on the screen. I get home and my burger has no cheese. I check the receipt and it says “jumbo jack”.

They have terrible service, you ask them for ketchup or barbecue sauce, and they give you hot sauce and ranch, you also ask them to put a little ice in your soda, and they fill your glass with ice. In short, they give you what they want, (that is, nothing of what you asked for).

I was just here not so long ago, it is 1:21 as I am writing this. I asked for curly fries and received regular fries. I got no receipt, they asked for a receipt, I let the lady and the gentleman know I didn’t get any receipt. My friend j let them know were honest and we asked for curly fries, the man said it would be $0.54 and the lady kept insisting on nonpayment, I proceed to give her $0.55 for that, and let her know I don’t mind paying. She said “Aquí tienes señor.” I then replied, “No soy señor, pero aquí tiene.” Gave her the $0.55 and rolled up my window she then tossed the cents at my window. Very unprofessional of her. I’m still here at the parking enjoying my late night snack though.
