They have nice window for online pickups but it's not working so better if they put a sign ☢️ or something so we don't wait forever for nothing

Hours say that it’s open 24hrs. I’ve never seen this place open after 6 unless you mean the drive thru. So unless you want to have an uber eats driver deliver it to you in the parking lot of the restaurant so that you can enjoy your meal while sitting on the asphalt, go somewhere else.

It looks well maintained. No grimy feeling, well lit, clean restroom. For the most part the dining area looked clean except there was a table that a customer left without throwing out their trash.

Went through drive thru and received an incomplete order. To top it off food want not even room temperature. Chicken sandwiches were cold and not fresh, large onions rings missing and 3 egg rolls no sweet and sour!!! Service was rushed not even attentive at all!! Simply rushed and poor quality!! Why upgrade the store but not the quality of the good or service??!!

Food burnt wrong order no customer service at all. They just remodeled this jack in the box. So I thought maybe everything would be up to par but avoid this location at all cost, not enough staff on hand order took about 10 to 15 mins to make they got it wrong. The music in the lobby is very loud. Just be aware when choosing this jack in the box

I was given cold tacos and old fries! Called to complain but no one answered my calls.

Please be careful. I was eating my food and I went in the bag to grab the ketchup packets there were tiny dead roaches in the ketchup packets.
