First time here. Came for Sunday brunch with a group of 6. Waited a bit for a table but well worth it. Delicious options. Friendly service. Will be back!Dietary restrictions: The create your own omelette was perfect for my keto lifestyle! I chose sausage, bacon, mushrooms and two types of cheese. Ask for butter to add on top. Particularly good!!

First time visiting this restaurant but I wasn't disappointed. Visiting from Georgia so I was glad the food was really good. I had the French toast combo and didn't even need syrup for them. They had powder sugar and vanilla butter. Definitely five stars❤️❤️

Came here to have a birthday brunch. My fiance and I couldn't decide what to get because it all looked really appetizing. The serving size is big for me but it was all worth it.The staff was pretty attentive.Only bummer is parking. Parking is limited, so try and see if you can park in the back.Parking: parking is pretty limited. Try to park in the back as not many people know of it.

While we were waiting in line for at least 30 to 45 minutes, after 10 minutes I asked the manager if I could have at least a glass of cold milk for my son who is 2 years old. I was prepared to pay in advance. She refused me milk for my baby twice in a row. I really almost left at that point but I knew it would take too long to get anywhere else so I waited. When paying the bill, I explicitly showed her my receipt showing her that I had given 0 tip because she had refused me milk for my 24 month old son. She denied saying she had misunderstood the request. In short, never again!

I’ve been going to jack n joes for. Long time. Near 10 years. And every time I go it’s great and amazing. The waiters are fun and friendly BUT the owner viviene is rude and what’s bringing the place down. She absolutely has zero customer service skills. I brought my parents as I do every birthday and the way she spoke to my father was disgusting. Then she assumed we would not pay for a plastic fork, is disgusting. She needs to learn how to be human being. She definitely ruined my birthday experience. And viviene if you’re reading this, treat people with respect. Even when I asked for your name. Your staff agreed on how rude you are.
