This place has created the worse environment on our street (from shootings to excessive noise disturbances to everyone on the 68th Street block). This business violates city code by keeping the business open past business hours and violating quiet residential hrs. The neighbors of this street will take necessary steps to recover the peace and quietness in our residential street that has been taken away by this unconsiderate business owner who has been approached several times about the need of residents to have restful times. Some people work and need rest. We have nurses and teachers on our blocks(east to west) who are restless because of your lack of understanding. We have children who are also restless due to the noise coming from this business.
