Jackson's Cafe, snew favorite hidden gem in Culver City
Staff members were professional and accommodated us even though we arrived almost at closing time (4:00 p.m. on Sundays). Mostly outdoor seating. They have a clean restroom, plenty of included parking, lots of tree shade. The location is secluded, inside an office complex. Which makes it ideal on weekends, if you want to avoid the weekend crowds elsewhere. I had a grilled cheese sandwich, coffee and a pastry. Super yummy, home made like. It's just a café so, don't expect a full blown restaurant. They do serve hot and cold sandwiches, soups, good coffee, pastries and other goodies. We LOVED the quietness allowing us to carry our conversations without yelling. Some of us even played our ukuleles.

I ordered an egg white Denver omelet with no cheese and paid an extra $3.50 for egg whites. I got home and opened the box to see the omelet covered in cheese and definitely not egg whites.

The service here was absolutely excellent. This was my first time here and the man at the counter helped me decide on what I wanted. I got a ciabatta with chipotle chicken, cheddar, spinach, avocado, peppers, and chipotle aioli and a vanilla iced latte. Both were so delicious!
