My wife and I are visiting from Texas. We stopped here on a whim while wandering around downtown. This fantastic little restaurant with amazing staff did not disappoint. My wife's torta was enormous and delicious. My mojarra frita was top notch. Super bonus points for how friendly the couple running the place is. The way they were getting on with visiting customers, it was obvious they love what they do. We'll absolutely visit when we're back in town again.

You know what? It’s a little hole in the wall place. Why do I give the atmosphere 5 stars? Because it’s not trying to be something it’s not. Good little family place. So far I’ve really liked everything I’ve gotten there.

(Translated by Google) The food is good, it's earned 5 stars because of the hospitality and sincerity of the establishment. The portions are good (not decent, not ok…Good) my sandwich had meat, beans, cream, lettuce, avocado, and cilantro and onion. It was the size of the plate and I got a natural orange juice squeezed in front of me! The food was delicious and for an excellent price. There is not much space for more than 4 singles but it is very good for those who come to explore the center and do not want to be ripped off for a burger with hard and cold potatoes. Here just for a torta de asada loaded with beans, avocado, cream, carne asada, lettuce, cilantro, and onion. And a natural orange juice is $15 in total, a very good establishment. I'm sure that if it were just the regular drink with my cake, it would cost $12 maximum and it's a good lunch:)(Original)The food is good, it’s earned 5 stars because of the hospitality and sincerity of the establishment.

Had an asada Huarache here for the second time. It was soooo good. Omg! heavenly!. Home-made deliciousness is a specialty here.. everything on the menu far exceeds my palettes expectations. Ive had a few things in this menu and personally I've never been disappointed. If you're ever around and hungry for authentic Mexican. This hole in the wall will definitely surprise you.

I know it's hard in this situation during covid-19 but the works that are making the food don't have masks on and that really makes me feel unsafe for that.

Don't let the location deceive you. This little hole in the wall can hustle up some good food!Usually a Mexican salad consists of shredded lettuce, lemon, and salt. I asked for a chicken salad. The husband and wife team looked at each other, bewildered. My first thought was, "I'm gonna get lettuce and a lemon slice." I waited outside and watched the show. A man walked by fighting with buses. I saw cute masks with matching wigs. Before we knew it, our food was ready. My salad was actually yummy! That lady chopped up a bunch of veggies and grilled up some tasty chicken. She put her heart into it! My husband's torta was on point, too.Just Yum!!!
