My family and I stumbled in here looking for some authentic Chinese food, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was delicious! We will be returning. We got the beef chop suey, shrimp chop suey, orange chicken, shrimp fried rice and chicken fry noodle chow mein. Jasmine tea as well. Easily a 8.5/10

Still a great neighborhood place for good Chinese foods with less wait in the morning since it sort off tuck on small street away from the main streets in Chinatown. Drive by other places that we want to try but seeing the lines so we went here. No line at 11ish am. But our usual table and quick ordered and the foods came out within 10mins. It’s hot, delicious and just big portion that we have to take home the left over for 2 lunch meals. The prices are so cheaper and with the portions, we love it. Great & friendly service & quick too. Glad I came back here with less hassle. By the time we leave, the place is packed. Parking can be tricky since it’s street parking so good luck with that.

We’ve been going to Jade Wok for many years, and the food has consistently been excellent. The quality has stayed great throughout the years, which is hard to find. My favorite dishes are the House Special Tofu, Sesame Chicken, and House Special Beef—they’re always flavorful and cooked perfectly. Beyond the food, the service is wonderful. The owner is very kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better every time we visit. Highly recommend Jade Wok!

Got the tofu and Shanghai ribs and green string beans. Tofu was stellar, served in a rich sauce that went very well over rice. Green string beans good but a little sweet. The ribs were very flavorful, just a little too fatty and sweet in some parts. But overall very good. Lot of food for the price. Will return.

I came with a group of friends on Sunday night and everything was AMAZING! I'm still thinking about the tofu dish, two days later. The ladies were also SO sweet...I actually regret not tipping more. (And not ordering a dish to go). The prices were also incredibly reasonable for ALL the food we ordered. We will definitely be back, and I'll be adding extra to the tip next time!

This is it. This is the best food in Chinatown.

While the food was extraordinarily good, the service was slow. We ordered three main dishes to share and one entree, yet people who arrived after us were served first. Additionally, the staff forgot our entree; it arrived only after we had nearly finished our main dishes, and we had to remind them several times.
On the other hand, the food was excellent. I highly recommend the cashew chicken for its tenderness and great vegetable mix. The bittersweet pork was out of this world, with a rich sauce and a perfect balance of flavors. They need to improve their service for this restaurant to truly reach the top tier.

Had lunch at Jade Wok near Chinatown and honestly, it hit the spot. The standout for me was definitely the sweet and savory spareribs. They’re sticky, flavorful, and perfectly tender with just a bit of chew. Exactly how you want Chinese-style spareribs to be. The glaze is rich and garlicky with a nice hint of sweetness, and the green onions and sesame seeds on top gave it a nice little pop.

We also got the stir-fried greens, which were super simple but fresh and cooked just right. A little crunch, a little tenderness + great as a balance to the heavier dishes.

And the braised tofu with minced pork came in a deep, savory sauce that soaked into the tofu beautifully. The tofu was fried just enough to give it some texture on the outside while staying soft inside. Super comforting.

It’s not a fancy spot, but the food comes out hot, portions are generous, and everything tastes like it was cooked with care. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and want that classic Chinese comfort food vibe.

Best tofu dish I’ve ever had. If you come here, make sure you order it. Shrimp fried rice was great too, perfect pairing with the tofu and its sauce. Friendly and fast service, I’ll be back!

The house-made tofu is absolutely delicious, and they don't use any MSG. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming. This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Chinatown.
