I felt so well taken care of here. The environment is beautiful and the service is attentive without being intrusive. A wonderful find.

Was looking forward to a smoothie, got there at 8:50am says to be be open at 9am waited another 5mins (9:05am) and was still closed 😒 why say you’re going to open at a certain time and still be closed?

Horrible service, I ordered a pb Nutella açaà bowl. I had to put extra bananas and Nutella myself and let it freeze for a while. I got it half melted barely any bananas, no other fruits. Service was also bad, I ordered 2 when there was no one there and other people came in and they were receiving their orders first. I had to remind them about my order and then they finally remembered. And gave me half melted bowls. Never coming to this location again. Which sucks because it’s the closest location to me but I will now have to make the extra drive somewhere else They also don’t seem to make the bowls fresh? I seen them have a stack of multiple done outside so I also don’t know why they took so long with mine. Also not sure if that is standard or health regulated ? Who knows how long they’ve been done and out. You need to retrain everyone or hire a whole new team.

Ordered the Electric ice which should be lemonade and dragon fruit topped with spiralina. There is ZERO dragon fruit. Extremely disappointing!

This location is definitely subpar. They did not make my strawberry bowls fresh, they pulled out the frozen bowls from their fridge and just topped them. I'd rather drive a bit further to another location. General or district managers should definitely look into the bad reviews.Also, terrible service. Employees in the back room while customers wait for someone to show up.

Awkward they hate all black and brown people and simply refuse to serve them unless they act like white people. ....believe that.

I came in 40 minutes before closing on 5/10/2023 and the workers refused to take my açai bowl order I can only imagine it's because they didn't want to get extra work to clean up. Why list a closing time of 7pm if you aren't going to respect any orders before that time
