The açaí bowl or smoothie tastes bad. It’s not açaí at all!!!The sandwiches are tiny and expensive. This is a disrespect to their clients.I love açaí and I know that is not açaí.

Ordered a small Caribbean passion smoothies and “impossible handwich”. The sandwich was so small and wasn’t worth $7 for a small sandwich.

this is an example of poor quality. The yogurt parfait cost about $15 I can't even see yogurt in my bowl. At least give the customer their moneys worth. I will never go back. Just robbery.

I got a large pomegranate paradise smoothie. I was going to get a medium but it was only a few cents more for the large. It was made quick. Thanks Ajay for the smoothie! It was yummy :)

Payment system is terrible. My card works everywhere (and I mean around the world) except here. I ended up having to use a foreign credit card and got charged higher exchange cost due to the bad system Jamba has. Staff was also not helpful to resolve my issue.

Terrible experience. One of the employees was extremely rude and she was wearing pajamas. No respect at all for the customers.

The day before thanksgiving and of course the airport is busy, but i wouldn't come here again if this is what i was gonna receive. My smoothie was the most watered down $10 smoothie I've ever had. Definitely need some training here. If I'm paying that much it shouldn't be like that. 3 employees working, not busy, stopped taking orders and turning lights off 45mins before close.

Ordered a turkey n sausage wrap and received a pitiful dollop of fillings. One entire half of the wrap didn’t even have fillings in it.

Service was horrible. We ordered 3 drinks and were followed by another 4 parties. We did not receive our order. When we realized everyone after us received their order we asked for a refund. It was denied because we paid with a gift card. When we asked for our proof of purchase (receipt) it was also denied. Staff was unprofessional, answered their personal phone as we were standing asking for our refund. We asked for the managers name and it took 5 minutes for staff to give us the name. When we asked for the staff names on duty they refused. In the end, our drinks were never given to us and our money was never returned. Horrible encounter by the staff on duty.

This is the worse customer service experience you could ever imagine. 1. No one takes your order. You enter your order on a computer and hope for the best. I get it, this is the way of the future. However, It only works if someone actually prepares your order. 2. Twice they claimed they never received the order. So each times we tried to talk to someone... anyone... and no one talked to us until some guy who wore different color jersey - a manager perhaps - talk to us. You only have to re enter the order, he says. Well, the first time, we did... the second time...we still didn't get our order. We asked to talk to a manager. That guy walked away. Some other employee talked to us after waiting another 10 minutes. But she had nothing to good to offer. We had to leave for our flight. There is literally no customer service at this place. This ain't America! This place is a joke. There was about 5 workers there - one of the young lady was working very close to the cashier but was too busy ignoring us. If there is an owner to the stupid Jamba Juice place - wake up and check out this place. If it is a franchise - the franchisee should check his or her employees for a soul! It's not because you work in an airport without any other options that you have to let go of a good customer service experience. Shame on this place. In addition, they charged us for orders they said never went through. This is called theft.
