Hell noooooo! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. One person in particular. Arguing about the time she came in front of the customers . When taking our order she was very rude and rushed . Complained about her 15 min break . So unpleasant to go to a place after a
Long kids game and to experience such bad service is beyond me . Jumba juice screen periodically your workers ! She was in pijamas xl nail and the worst attitude ! We are alreadu looked down due to our ethnicity and geographically where we at. The worst .

On 4/30/25 at 6:28 pm, I enter the store and notice the music was very loud. There was a short Latina girl at the register and she didn’t even acknowledge me. I walk up and waited for her to finished a drink she was making. I ask her I wanted a gift card and she was having trouble with the POS register. This black girl (Alicia P.)came to help her and took over the register and the Latina girl continued to make the drinks. I told her I wanted a $20 gift card. And she said ok. She rang me up and complete my purchase. When she handed my receipt I notice she charge me $40. I told her I didn’t ask for this and would like you to correct this. She said “oh my sorry I thought you said 40?” And I said no I said $20. (If the music wasn’t that loud I wouldn’t be having this problem.) I told her to undo the whole transaction and give me the correct amount. At the point she was punching alot of buttons fast and told me to grab a different card and she can split the transaction. I told her whatever works best for you. But I knew something didn’t feel right. She kept my original receipt of $40 and gave me my new one. And she told me that I should receive a $20 credit in my bank account within 3 business days. I left and days passed and I never received my money back in my checking account. I follow up on the 5th day and walk-in again and spoke with Francine. I told her what happen and she ask for my original receipt of $40 dollars and I told no she took my receipt. I left her my information to tell the manager and to follow up with me. Days passed and no contact. I would never come here again and the customer of the two girls is not professional. And she stole from me. This is not cool money is money.

Came in and instead of assisting customers the employees were standing around talking to each other and some other people. It was so many people just talking that I didn't see the kiosk to self order. It was too much just to get a smoothie. This location is by far the worst I have been to

Really bad experience at this location, Alicia was very disrespectful and start to discriminate me probably about my accent just start laughing when I tried to make my order, and additional is my 2nd time visiting this store and never have banana or strawberry poor customer service , completely disappointed 👎👎

I bought an Strawberry Acai bowl. I ordered a large. Before paying the bowl was finished, which I great as far as quick service. However I was going to add more to the bowl and I ordered a large. The woman made a regular also said they didn't have large available. I noticed she just didn't want to make another one. The bowl also had peanut butter, I absolutely hate peanut butter. And asked if I can get a bowl without it. She said she can't make me another one but she can give me a refund. She gave me so much attitude with that response. And I prefer to get the food. She has terrible customer service.

2 stars because the service was A-1. My smoothie on the other hand, I had to pour it out. It was full of what looked like pet hair. I was pulling hair out of my mouth. Opened the lid to stir the smoothie and check for hair... bingo, it was inside. So disgusted, I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM JAMBA JUICE AGAIN. I don't care what location it is. 🤢🤮

Just ordered a drink at this location and the worker making the smoothies doesn't pay attention to detail. It was two Latina girls working and the one working the register was professional. The tall Latina messed my order up because she didn't read the order correctly. She got mad for me telling her to correct the order. No apology or any kind of communication. She needs a job in a warehouse, nothing with face to face customers. Horrible! I can't come to this location again.

For starters the music was horrible. I’ve never been to a family food/drink place where they are playing music with profanity. The guy who took my order was all nice and talkative to the female in front of me but as soon as it was my turned he gave me the dirtiest look and did not great me not one word from him. Seemed like he just wanted me out of there!

I used to come here often like a year ago and the staff was always cool and helpful, but i have absolutely no idea what happened most likely under new management or they just hired ANYONE. I visited recently and lord was it horrible, they have young kids working looking a mess, no uniform, no customer service training, no hair up, and that would all be fine if the smoothies were actually made correctly but they’re disgusting. I’d rather waste gas to go to another location. It’s honestly embarrassing to even call yourself the manager of this horrible establishment. Jamba Juice do better !!!!!
