For starters the music was horrible. I’ve never been to a family food/drink place where they are playing music with profanity. The guy who took my order was all nice and talkative to the female in front of me but as soon as it was my turned he gave me the dirtiest look and did not great me not one word from him. Seemed like he just wanted me out of there!

I used to come here often like a year ago and the staff was always cool and helpful, but i have absolutely no idea what happened most likely under new management or they just hired ANYONE. I visited recently and lord was it horrible, they have young kids working looking a mess, no uniform, no customer service training, no hair up, and that would all be fine if the smoothies were actually made correctly but they’re disgusting. I’d rather waste gas to go to another location. It’s honestly embarrassing to even call yourself the manager of this horrible establishment. Jamba Juice do better !!!!!

I ordered the açaí bowl with no coconut and banana. This looks like a fruit bowl instead of an açaí bowl. So upset because this isn’t what I paid for.

Being able to come to a family oriented Jamba Juice is amazing! Very cute and festive. I ordered an açaí bowl, a white gummy, and everything was made fast. New favorite place to go on my lunch break. Thank you Allison and Francis for the amazing customer service.
My experience here was terrible Francis is awful Manager she was not accommodating to the the customer (me)There Wi-Fi was down so I couldn’t use my card and I only had cash mind u I drove from hawthorn to this location because they had the drink I wanted so I asked for a small discount so can afford the the drinks do to the fact that I only had cash….she told the young employee that they do have to give me a discount even tho it was there system that no work… they allowed me to leave without service very disappointed in her customer service and for that I will never shop here again…Btw stow is very dirty and employees are extremely lazy with no customer service very poor establishment with poor leadership….Must fire everyone hire new workers Jamba Juice…Thanks in advance ??
