Nasty service. The lil girl had an attitude. I was waiting for my açaí bowl my back was turned away from the counter and the lil girl never called out the bowl name my name didn't say ready or nothing. Then half way through my bowl it was a strand of hair. Very disgusting place. Disgusting service. But what did I expect going to a Jamba Juice in LA. TERRRRRRRIBLE

Being able to come to a family oriented Jamba Juice is amazing! Very cute and festive. I ordered an açaí bowl, a white gummy, and everything was made fast. New favorite place to go on my lunch break. Thank you Allison and Francis for the amazing customer service.

My experience here was terrible Francis is awful Manager she was not accommodating to the the customer (me)There Wi-Fi was down so I couldn’t use my card and I only had cash mind u I drove from hawthorn to this location because they had the drink I wanted so I asked for a small discount so can afford the the drinks do to the fact that I only had cash….she told the young employee that they do have to give me a discount even tho it was there system that no work… they allowed me to leave without service very disappointed in her customer service and for that I will never shop here again…Btw stow is very dirty and employees are extremely lazy with no customer service very poor establishment with poor leadership….Must fire everyone hire new workers Jamba Juice…Thanks in advance ??

Worst service ever. Waited 25 minutes to be attended in front of cashier with pink hair. The dude who was working in the back with the colored hair was working slower than a turtle. I walked in the door at 3:55pm on 9/10/23 and there was only 2 people in front of me in the line. Is now 4:25 and I have not gotten my drink. Who ever is managing this store needs to step their management skills and hire people who actually wanna work. The lady with pink hair was moving super fast. But the guy was ruining everything.

I called twice they dnt answer, calling to tell the manager about my cold uncooked raw food. They serve my little kid undercooked raw cold very cold impossible sandwich. Careful while buying here.

Worst service at a jamba juice it was just people who didn't want to do their job. They didn't have ginger shots, they had sandwiches on display but said they don't have any. It took 20 minutes to get a medium drink when i was the only person in the store. I had to go up to the employee and ask for my smoothie to be made. Employee's also have attitude when i asked for it. The drink itself is what you'd expect from a jamba juice just a normal drink but because of the service never going to this location again.

Jamba ~ I got apples and greens recently and I was disappointed that the drink was watery and also not that cold... I felt it had already melted a great deal by the time I got it !

Needs to be shut down they take forever to take orders and the system down cash no good there should be a back up plan
Cashier was rude, place its soooo dirty from the inside out like what's going on with the health department and inspection. The cashier with pink hair took her sweet a** time to make my bowls, on top of that she was gonna give me the spoons dirty and her response to that was " whatever I don't care " what type of response is that to a customer. I don't even know why she is working, if she doesn't even do her job right.

Ambiance: typical Jamba, nothing special about the location, straight forward.Food: love the Acai bowl, my new favorite snack after a workout. Fruit is fresh and consistently tastes good.Lot parking is kind of chaotic (Starbucks is next door).

I ordered the açaí bowl with no coconut and banana.This looks like a fruit bowl instead of an açaí bowl. So upset because this isn’t what I paid for.
