I had to misfortune to try and call this location on my 10 minute drive to the location. Nobody answered the phone and this is not the first time I've tried to call this place they just don't bother to pick up when I got there. There was about eight people in front of me, turned out one person working in the store, doing everything making drinks taken the order I waited in line for 20 minutes and still had not got my order taken, I left this is not the first time I've had a terrible experience at this location if you want juice don't go here

Came here to get "FRESH" squeeze juice. When I asked for apple juice, the guy said they're out of apples. When I asked for carrot juice, the guy also said they were out of carrots. So my last option was to get fresh squeezed orange juice. Unfortunately there was nothing fresh about it. The guy pours orange juice out of a bottle into the two cups I ordered, cuts one orange, and squeezes that into each cup. If you're out of oranges also, just say you're out of oranges. I don't come here to drink orange juice out of a bottle. I came for fresh squeezed orange juice. The guy was so lazy and unprofessional. I asked or my money back and he didn't even give me a refunded receipt. Didn't apologize or anything! Will most definitely NOT be coming to this location again!

I hate to sound like a Karen but I am really disappointed, I live in Australia and in my previous trip to America I was in love with Jamba Juice’s ‘purely orange. And this trip I’m currently on I stopped by this Jamba all excited to have the orange juice after so long but I was almost in tears when the rude man said I couldn’t have any juice because the machine was broken (it looked fine to me) then I disappointedly strolled out of that Jamba to find myself rapidly searching on google maps for another, to get the the other one to find out that rude gentlemen claimed that that orange juicer was broken too. I’m sorry to say but I have seem to have lost faith in this juice organisation.

They make a certain amount, then you have to buy the premade shots in the fridge, and I don’t care what anyone says, it’s NOT THE SAME! LolVegetarian options: They have plenty of vegan options & alternatives for vegans, plant based milk & protein.

This location is disgusting. Ordered 2 drinks and while we waited for them to be made i asked about the restroom that was literally RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, and the employee snapped at me saying "we don't have one!" Then the store manager went to explain that customer restroom use is at the distraction of the franchise owner and they were told that the restroom is employees only. I have used the restroom @ other locations with no issue. This practice is completely discriminatory. The overly aggressive signs on the restroom doors should have been the first red flag.

Management is really rude to worker. Manager saw there was a line but instead of helping out the worker give a a rude respond to the worker who asked for him and went to the back and close the door.

I love Jamba Juice but for the first time I got so discussed with drinks. Drinks were so freaking watery and tasted like water with no flavor! NEVER AGAIN IM STOPING BY THIS LOCATION!

I ordered a smoothie bowl and they just made the smoothie. When I told them that I ordered the bowl and not the smoothie they said they dont make bowls (even though the menu includes different smoothie bowls to choice from). Then I asked if they could just add the toppings onto the smoothie and they said they didn't have the toppings. I have also ordered from other locations and have never had a nice experience with their employees. Very disappointed and will no longer be coming back.
