I'll trying to understand how this location is rated 4 stars. In the 20 years I have been coming here, out of convenience. This location has never made a decent drink. It's like one bad generation after another. Today was the worse drink I ever had. I drank a few sips and throw it in the

A bit overpriced, but quite tasty.

The slowest most inept service of any Jamba Juice location I've ever been to. Takes over 20 minutes for them to make 1 smoothie. This has happened to me multiple times. Never again.

This has became my favorite Jamba, from good customer service down to delicious smoothies and a friendly welcoming store coming with my kids is amazing live the decorations.

I showed up 30 minutes before closing time and they already had the doors locked and were already cleaning up the girls clearly saw me at the door and continued to ignore me. I won't be coming back if the times don't match with the schedule online. Waste of my time & waste of gas.

This location is honestly terrible. The worst Jamba Juice I’ve ever been to. I really didn’t want to write this review, but after today; I have no choice.Today is the 6th time I’ve come in the store & have waited for 8-11 minutes just to order. WHEN NO OTHER CUSTOMER IS INSIDE. Not only that these ladies NEVER greet you or say a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment”. In fact I say hi when walking in & get NO response. It’s actually comical how awful the customer service is. EVERY TIME I have come to this location - I have to wait 8-11 minutes to order; In which the manager magically appears at the 9-11 minute mark, & ask “have you ordered yet”. Anyways, once my order was placed I waited 17 minutes for 2 medium smoothies. Like WHAT LOL. I haven’t met a friendly employee here in over a year, it’s very disappointing. I’ve just had enough of coming here & I HATE NOT tipping, but they leave you with no choice. In addition I would like to add I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 8 years. My dad owns many Jamba Juices across Arizona & Texas, as well as having a family restaurant for over 33 years. With that being said, I know what it’s like to work within a restaurant & how challenging it can be. The unfortunate thing for this location is - the employees absolutely hate their job, & it affects their performance & customers.I really wanted to love this location, especially since I live in the neighborhood. But I won’t be coming back. It triggers my mental health LOL.P.S they’re always out of something, or can’t make something.

Just like some other reviewers had stated; this Jamba Juice location in Eagle Rock has really bad customer service skills and horrible job knowledge of storewide policies. The cashier, even when trying to get help from the manager (who could only be reached by text) refused to workaround a simple solution to her own limitations to a nationwide Jamba Juice policy.I came into this location because I was nearby and had a well-known Jamba Juice fundraising card. This card cost me $10, which I paid for in school fundraiser, and allows you a BOGO for any smoothie, up to 6x per card. The cashier at this Eagle Rock location refused to accept this card. She said their system does not allow them to use this card and they cannot ring it up on their registers. However, I have used this card in the Pasadena and Glendale locations with no issues whatsoever. Those locations, even if they can't swipe the card, would just make a "hole punch" into the card to show it has been used. This cashier refused to do that. She even texted her manager and could not figure out how to use this valid card, which is not a coupon, but a promotion that I paid for. I asked her why she can't punch a hole into the card like the other locations and she still refused it. She then said that the register doesn't accept this card and I would have to try with the online app. So I wasted time downloading the app and tried to use this card with the cashier and manager, and of course, she didn't know how to make it work. Even after all this, the cashier still refused to work around her bad job knowledge and just said that this store and manager won't allow her to accept this fundraising card. However, this was a blatant lie of nationwide Jamba Juice store policy. There are exclusions to this card for "Hawaii, Downtown Disney, Safeway, and Airports locations" which is explicitly stated on the back of the card. This was a standalone store in Eagle Rock. The cashier took my fundraising card to read it and still didn't care. She then told me if I wanted to complain, I can just scan an AR code on their wall to contact Jamba Juice Guest Relations.I can understand and forgive if a cashier lacks the understanding to use a cash register, or online app, or other technical equipment. However, what makes this so egregious is the fact that this cashier (and store manager by text) when shown store policy, still refused to provide any customer service. Even when I mentioned the other Jamba Juice store's easy workarounds, punching a hole into a card, she still refused to provide ANY service and just told to me to complain elsewhere. There are many store policies that are MORE important than a BOGO for smoothies. However, if this cashier and manager refused to follow any that they did not understand or could not implement, then this is a big problem, even when the solution so simple. This is why anyone should NOT visit or support this Eagle Rock Jamba Juice location.

Tasty smoothies! Love the not so secret White Gummi Bear. I ordered a second smoothie for my kids to be split into 2 cups and was so glad there's no additional cost for the extra cup. Service was fast and cashier was patient while we were looking over the menu.No seating available. All seats were turned upside down onto the tables so they just want you to get in and out lolPlaza parking lot available but can be busy in the evening.

The smoothie was amazing! Blanca greeted me as soon as I walked in and talked me through everything that was in the smoothie. I Highly recommend this Jamba, the customer service shown here was top of the line. Thank you.
