They don't prepare as requested!! They gave regular milk in my pb protein smoothie which caused severed pain, projectile vomiting, and obsessive foul flatulence!! Because I'm allergic to dairy I requested and paid for almond milk!! Mind you i drink these atleast 3 time a week just not from this location! i will not NEVER rerurn!! At this point I just want my money back!! I will be contacting them tomorrow for full refund

Worst location ever. Not only is the parking situation awful, nothing is ever working. Waited 20 minutes for ONE $10 smoothie and I was the only customer last time. Tried to go today, and they’re only accepting cash like it’s 1996!! Jamba deserves to follow orange Julius into oblivion.

I like this place overall. Good smoothies! Expect a bit of a wait during lunch times and parking can be rough.
I never had to wait so long as last time. One employee left work and when I ordered PB banana smoothie people were coming in, like 5 of them at least. After 15 minutes employee ( sorry for her ) puts a purple smoothie on the counter. Then after 5 minutes, she told me that it was for me. She just added that they don't have bananas ...50 percent of the time they don't have either bananas or peanut butter. Three days later I go to Jamba Juice on Manchester Blvd in Inglewood and they did not have bananas also so I left. After another two days, I stopped again at Citadel Mall. I wasted time looking for parking and then waiting inside because the employee was by herself. Finally, I was about to order and she told me that they don't have peanut butter...I couldn't believe it. I left and got a Subway sandwich but I decided to write this review so Jamba Juice company can do something about it. ...no bananas? Get them delivered from the store in cases like that. For now, I am so disappointed that I will not have Jamba Juice for a long time.

Really sweet, helpful women work here! The food and drinks came out great. The vanilla sky bowl was super pretty.

It’s a pretty good place and their drinks are great but their location is not the best. Unless you enjoy drinking while others smoke around you then it won’t be the best place for a dine-in.Also very sad the chocolate protein drink is gone!

The guy with the earrings is making me not want to come here anymore.Attitude is terrible.Been coming here for years.Guy with the glasses is spot on every time and the only reason I come back, is because of his excellent customer service.
