They don't prepare as requested!! They gave regular milk in my pb protein smoothie which caused severed pain, projectile vomiting, and obsessive foul flatulence!! Because I'm allergic to dairy I requested and paid for almond milk!! Mind you i drink these atleast 3 time a week just not from this location! i will not NEVER rerurn!! At this point I just want my money back!! I will be contacting them tomorrow for full refund

Worst location ever. Not only is the parking situation awful, nothing is ever working. Waited 20 minutes for ONE $10 smoothie and I was the only customer last time. Tried to go today, and they’re only accepting cash like it’s 1996!! Jamba deserves to follow orange Julius into oblivion.

the worst jamba i've ever been to..they didn't have any ingredients for ANY smoothie. It was super inconvenient and i had to substitute numerous things to get something i barley wanted because i already paid. If there were a zero star option i would put it.

I typically don't drink sugary smoothies, but I have to say I am guilty of loving the strawberry whirl at Jamba Juice. It's plant based, and doesn't taste too sweet but will fulfill any sugar cravings.

ordered an açaí bowl, got a smoothie. i didn't really care until i slurped out a long string of hair. gross
I never had to wait so long as last time. One employee left work and when I ordered PB banana smoothie people were coming in, like 5 of them at least. After 15 minutes employee ( sorry for her ) puts a purple smoothie on the counter. Then after 5 minutes, she told me that it was for me. She just added that they don't have bananas ...50 percent of the time they don't have either bananas or peanut butter. Three days later I go to Jamba Juice on Manchester Blvd in Inglewood and they did not have bananas also so I left. After another two days, I stopped again at Citadel Mall. I wasted time looking for parking and then waiting inside because the employee was by herself. Finally, I was about to order and she told me that they don't have peanut butter...I couldn't believe it. I left and got a Subway sandwich but I decided to write this review so Jamba Juice company can do something about it. ...no bananas? Get them delivered from the store in cases like that. For now, I am so disappointed that I will not have Jamba Juice for a long time.

Service is extremely slow. They only have two people working and neither are moving quickly and are just slowly moving while doing their job. Took 25min just to get one drink

I love my Jamba Juice, but I was disappointed to see that this location only had one employee running the entire store, taking orders, and mixing up smoothies. While there weren't a lot of customers, it took such a long time for the line to move and for customers to receive their orders because of this. The quality of my smoothie was pretty on point- I thought the drink could be a bit more flavorful but it was certainly refreshing. This location also does not have indoor or outdoor seating which is inconvenient if you want to sit down and enjoy your smoothies/smoothie bowls right after receiving them.
