By far the nicest staff I have ever met in a Jamba. Very professional, kind, and made me a killer smoothie bowl. I’ve always loved Jamba, but the service here made it extra great!

Sadly in this robotic world we live you are expected to greet yourself and place your own order. Next thing you know, they'll be asking us to make our order ?
We entered and were not even greeted! 5 min later as some cute young girl walked in the young guy said hi and may I help you to her ? My wife was not at all happy with this approach and unprofessionalism ... Finally got his attention and he apologized, but kind of sad, how this location runs things! Might need some management/owner intervention!!!

One employee! 10 customers I got my order after 4 others who ordered after me ! Just shut the location down ! I know Jamba can’t be proud of the service they deliver ! My last time coming . To many better places in Los Angeles they don’t deserve your money !!

Place smelled like a restroom…It was hard to believe restaurant can smell like this. Workers are not really friendly not nice. I dont think I will visit here again.And it is super pricey! Cant believe one juice cost $9 .

Despite the poor reviews on poor customer service & etc that I personally experience here. There is one Employee here name Joe that keeps me coming back every time & has made my experience quick fast with no problem like no other. By all means this world would be a better place if there were more people like Joe!

I ordered my smoothie online and the person at the counter acted oblivious about it requested an order number when people usually ask for my name I showed him the transaction on my phone and still acted like I was lying and would not give me my smoothie. I have never been treated like a criminal trying to pick up a smoothie I already paid for. I will never comeback to this location. I walked out with out my smoothie

Out of all Jamba Juice this one has to be the most trash. They never have anything. Last time I placed an order and was told “ can you cancel your order we’re prepping “ today I go in for a bowl which I preordered and get there and once again yall don’t have all the ingredients. Either the staff is lazy or yall just legit just dont be having anything. Disappointing as hell

No one never answered the phone so I had to go to see that they didn’t have what I wanted how do you run out of product to make the strawberry chunky bowls and if they would’ve just answered the phone I would’ve save so much gas and they always have nasty attitudes at this location they need to learn how to talk to customers a little better

Horrible service really bad attitude

This is my first time writing a review and a negative one at that. I used to like coming to this location, but recently I’ve been having a horrible experience with the staff being very rude and unprofessional. I’m typically very understanding of service workers, however, most of the workers have a very bad attitude even when I try to be nice and the smoothies they make reflect that. I will not be going back to this location!
