I always get the same thing, Medium white gummy with extra peaches and in every location I've been the workers have been kind enough to put it in either a large cup or give me the left overs in a small cup. In this location the black old gentleman with the glasses sitting over his nose. Denied to even when kindly asked if I could have the left overs for my little one who was with me at the time. And proceeded to wash it down the sink. I really don't think grumpy people like him should be working in an environment where it's motto is about being healthy and energetic. Seems like I'm not the only who's had this same issue with the same person. So if u see him behind the counter and want good service without any rudeness, I would go elsewhere.

Everytime I go to Jamba I order the same thing - Large Orange Dream Machine, no sherbert all frozen yogurt with a whey protein boost. The whey boost expands the smoothie so there is always some left over. Every other Jamba gives me the leftovers in a small cup. At this Jamba in mid city, the black gentleman with the glasses sitting in his nose, says they don’t do extras. He asks me at which Jamba do they give me the extras. I replied La dear, Torrance, Inglewood. He says they’re not supposed to do that and proceeds to wash the leftovers down the sink. Would it kill u to just give me the leftovers like every other Jamba does. He’s too old to be working at Jamba. Jamba employees are young and energetic, not old and grumpy.

Honestly we go to Jamba Juices frequently and this is by far the best in LA, the parking is amazing and free, the ordering was quick and easy, the service was perfect and kind, and it was clean and cool.
Never going to another Jamba in town.

By far the nicest staff I have ever met in a Jamba. Very professional, kind, and made me a killer smoothie bowl. I’ve always loved Jamba, but the service here made it extra great!
Sadly in this robotic world we live you are expected to greet yourself and place your own order. Next thing you know, they'll be asking us to make our order ? We entered and were not even greeted! 5 min later as some cute young girl walked in the young guy said hi and may I help you to her ? My wife was not at all happy with this approach and unprofessionalism ... Finally got his attention and he apologized, but kind of sad, how this location runs things! Might need some management/owner intervention!!!

Place smelled like a restroom…It was hard to believe restaurant can smell like this. Workers are not really friendly not nice. I dont think I will visit here again.And it is super pricey! Cant believe one juice cost $9 .

Despite the poor reviews on poor customer service & etc that I personally experience here. There is one Employee here name Joe that keeps me coming back every time & has made my experience quick fast with no problem like no other. By all means this world would be a better place if there were more people like Joe!
