Place smelled like a restroom…It was hard to believe restaurant can smell like this. Workers are not really friendly not nice. I dont think I will visit here again.And it is super pricey! Cant believe one juice cost $9 .

Despite the poor reviews on poor customer service & etc that I personally experience here. There is one Employee here name Joe that keeps me coming back every time & has made my experience quick fast with no problem like no other. By all means this world would be a better place if there were more people like Joe!

I ordered my smoothie online and the person at the counter acted oblivious about it requested an order number when people usually ask for my name I showed him the transaction on my phone and still acted like I was lying and would not give me my smoothie. I have never been treated like a criminal trying to pick up a smoothie I already paid for. I will never comeback to this location. I walked out with out my smoothie

I usually don't go to this particular location but I was in the area , I went to get my usual smoothly I left to let them make the drink came back no less than 5 min later to get my drink it was so watery and nasty the two girls that worked durning this shift where very rude and unprofessional this was an afternoon shift around 12-2 on Dec 16 2023, I politely asked them to remake my drink as I only took two sips and It wasn't to my liking these women where being very rude and declined to remake my drink I will never come to this location again they are very unprofessional and if it was up to me I wouldn't want them working at my establishment.

Out of all Jamba Juice this one has to be the most trash. They never have anything. Last time I placed an order and was told “ can you cancel your order we’re prepping “ today I go in for a bowl which I preordered and get there and once again yall don’t have all the ingredients. Either the staff is lazy or yall just legit just dont be having anything. Disappointing as hell

No one never answered the phone so I had to go to see that they didn’t have what I wanted how do you run out of product to make the strawberry chunky bowls and if they would’ve just answered the phone I would’ve save so much gas and they always have nasty attitudes at this location they need to learn how to talk to customers a little better

Horrible customer service. I walked in to picked up a Uber eats order and the girl already had an attitude, and made me get the customers food item from the fridge. The order wasn't ready. Didn't even seal the bag and didn't say anything.

Slowest most inattentive service I've ever experienced at a Jamba juice. The store was virtually empty, I was the only person at the counter, and the two young women behind the counter were just chatting away for 5 minutes. Then, as I was walking-out, one said "Oh, we'll be right with you in a minute!" I replied "Okay," left, and went to the frozen yogurt place two doors over. Will never return to this local Jamba Juice again.

This place is so good i love to come here all the time the smoothies are so good and very refreshing and better than exspected. The service here is amazing the workers asked me how my day was and overall just so nice i honestly love going here. This place makes me feel welcome and the place is so clean and mostly aestetic.

I recently swung by Jamba Juice and had the pleasure of experiencing Shawn's exceptional service. When I found out they were out of ripe bananas, I asked if I could swap in some other fruits, to which Shawn confidently replied, "I got you." Little did I know, he had "you" covered and then some, piling my smoothie with an array of delectable fruits that left me feeling like I was getting a steal of a deal. I made sure to tip him generously for his fruit-filled generosity, and I'll definitely be back for both the tasty acai bowls and amazing customer service - talk about a peelin' good time!

This is my first time writing a review and a negative one at that. I used to like coming to this location, but recently I’ve been having a horrible experience with the staff being very rude and unprofessional. I’m typically very understanding of service workers, however, most of the workers have a very bad attitude even when I try to be nice and the smoothies they make reflect that. I will not be going back to this location!
