This is my second time going to this restaurant. I am beyond disappointed in my breakfast service and food today at Jane Q. The waiter did not come to our table for 10 minutes after we sat down. Once he took our order, he disappeared. I had to go to the counter to ask if my food could be served. My food was under the heat lamp. My food was served finally. It was cold. The eggs of the Proscuitto Benedict were not runny. They were served with a hard yoke. The hollandaise on the eggs Benedict was a spoonful size only. We had to ask a different waiter to bring the check. I only hate part of my order as it wasn't edible. This was a horrible breakfast. I wish I would have spent my $30 anywhere else. I love the hotel, but I will never go back to Jane Q restaurant!

Our family of 5 are brunch at Jane Q on a Sunday. The food is exceptional. It was truly delicious and beautifully presented. It's pricey but not bad when you consider the location. And it was so good that we felt it was worth the price. The service is not consistent however. We were sitting for at least 10 minutes before flagging down an employee to take our order. It was strange because they were doing a great job of keeping the restaurant clean and picked up, but just didn't seem to notice us right in front of them. Once we ordered though, it went better. So, I'd just say they should train their staff to at least get drink orders as soon as customers sit down.

Do NOT recommend! Location near Pantages is a redeeming factor & food was OK. BUT their menu was nothing like online. The waiter said it was quite outdated. The hours were wrong too. It was small & not at all upscale. The waiter forgot drinks; we had to get our own sugar after asking for it. The mimosa was 1/2 glass. Sprouts on bagel tasted old. Hanger steak sandwich wasn't hanger steak. Didn't have the right bread for BLT. Waiter was nice but forgetful & slow. Won't be back.

We went for coffee, right at closing. The barista was awesome. Great coffee, super nice and engaging. Since it was closing we went upstairs. Great atmosphere. It was quick. Had great views and comfy chairs.

To be I was confused on the men, with the great help of Omar he informed me of what to get at the time I arrived. I got myself a pepperoni hot boy pizza, Out of this world it was the best pizza I had better the domino's, better then pizza hut, it's a lost of word put it like that. Thomas who was behind the bar asked me how was my pizza took the time to collect my thoughts on the food which I think he did to make it better, but I told there's no need to fix something that's not broken because I give that pizza a 15 out of 10 stars. If you decide to have lunch/breakfast I recommend this place I guarantee you that you will fall in love with this place. I never guarantee anything but this is the one I would back on.

Greeting me and making me feel right at home was Thomas, Who exudes the Kimpton spirit of putting guests and patrons first. I was lucky enough to enjoy Jane Q as a guest of the Everly hotel, It is worth the stop even if you are coming from somewhere else in the neighborhood, or for all of LA for that matter. Delicious specialty coffee drinks, Iespecially recommend the iced matcha with vanilla. I can't go wrong with any of their breakfast options and I will try to include a picture of the menu. The avocado toast with a poached egg on top with some of the best sourdough bread and avocado heaped on top that I have had here.
For Diamonds, Thomas also had a full list of knowledge of what was available for Diamond elite members, and it is quite extensive and filling unlike some breakfast credits at other hotels. Disiya (rhymes with Messiah, probably spelling her name wrong!) was also super helpful, having my drink order ready quickly and offering me water as she was busy preparing orders. Shout out to the team at Jand Q. Richard, if you see this, know that. Thomas and Desiaya truly enhance the guest experience.

Their Iced Matcha is a Hit!!! Superior Quality!!! The Kimpton at everly is filled with exclusive quality. I ordered their Iced matcha, it's seriously so dreamy! Disiah makes the Jane Q easy to enjoy, she has a bright personality, not only did she make a delicious iced matcha with oat milk and honey but she was so kind and welcoming. Employees likes here make me a proud consumer here at the Kimpton! This place is decked out with beautiful comfortable seatings, heigh ceilings, beautiful window views overlooking hollywood. The have canned drinks too, alcoholic and non (love the options. Their croissants are so delicious too (my favorite is the almond one)!! Its very difficult for me to want anything now that i have been introduced to the Jane Q. The kimpton at Everly is exquisite!!!. Every time i come here, Harry is always so helpful too. Makes sure im doing ok and always checks in with me. An extra thank you yo Naoimi for always helping me out too!! Thank you so much, until next time everyone.

I was having brunch the other day. What I loved most about the kindness of the staff was the conversation with them. What surprised me? I asked for a Togo box, I only eat half and save the rest for another meal. They added a butter and jelly, into my box with half of my English muffin. I was so delighted.
