The breakfasts served are great, and the coffee is served just before the meal, which I love as I can't stand cold coffee with a meal. It was a hot day when I visited but the hot coffee was so good I had two. Worth a visit, do yourself a favor and check them out!

super cool place. friendly worker. the horchata latte is great. the iced latte seemed a little too strong. they only had 1 worker so the drinks took a while to come out. there was no condiments area. which kinda was annoying but they have some food items as well

My favorite local matcha shop. They are always so friendly and kind when you come in, and very sweet to my dog. They are taking the Covid guidelines very seriously, which I very much appreciate. The matcha is perfect and delicious and everything I want it to be. Also they have an epic case of delectable pastries.

This is my new go-to spot for coffee in the neighborhood. It's not often that you find a coffee shop that sells affogato (Translation: scoop of ice cream in espresso), so that alone would have me sold! The coffee is delicious, the customer service is friendly, prices are reasonable, the interior design is awesome to look at (I love those colors), and it's black owned! Rather than go to Starbucks, support a mom and pop shop like Obet & Del's. Thanks for the coffee!

I had to wait for my friends and stopped by Arnies to kill time. Love the banana bread and mocha over ice. If you're in foothill I recommend you hit up Arnies Drive thru and has a nice patio seating area. Will be coming back for sure.

the açaí bowl was soooo good..and the dirty chai?? probably the BEST i've ever had. they have outdoor seating, parking wasn't difficult at all. the employee there was SO nice, overall such a great lil spot. definitely will be back soon.

I came across and found this new milk tea spot. It's a cozy tea place with fancy interior design. I highly recommend their tea, which was top with the milk foam layer. We tried 4 different items of Cha's this time, and all of them were tasty. Peach tea was my favorite one, and I was impressed by they used high-quality tea to make fresh tea. I definitely will back to try other items.
