Jay’s has been through a lot as a neighborhood bar, but their food is authentic and delicious. I’m a pescatarian and my partner eats meat. Jays has great veggie options (Veggie Gyoza, Jalapeño Poppers & Potato Japanese Croquettes). They also have great substitutes to their meat patty burger (veggie with cheese). The food is underrated and so so good! Highly recommend their ramen! The spicy veggie ramen is my all time fav (w/spinach noodles). They have awesome craft beers,...
Radio type of music was played just a tad too loud. Water cups smelled like fish tank. Not to many vegetarians options and the bar tender def didn’t know how to make a tequila sour. Wish they could have just been thoughtful
I had heard about Jay's bar for a while, but had unfortunately never visited until last night. I visited with a group of 7 friends. The ambiance was great. It had a local bar vibe with the bartenders knowing most of the patrons names and drink orders before they even sat down. Our bartender, Constantine, made us feel like we had been going there for years. He recommended several drinks to our group and all of them were delicious. The drinks were strong and perfectly mixed....
