We had a great meal experience at Ospi and the service was fantastic! I will definitely come back. The pizza and pasta were very fresh and tasty.
The waiter was very kind. The spaghetti pomodoro was delicious. The portions were too small though.
Went here for a birthday brunch, and it took, no joke, 30 mins for a waiter to come by. There were no more than 3 parties in the restaurant. Honestly disappointed because I had good hopes for this place! I don’t think they care if you tell them if you have a birthday, since we had to pull a fast one and get pastry after to another place to celebrate!
We live in Laguna and were up in Westwood for an art exhibition. We were referred to Ospi Brentwood by a friend. Upon arrival, we found the atmosphere alive and energetic, replete with college grads and their families and couples out for a nice evening. The mozzarella was phenomenal and the tagliatelli delicious.
The star of the play however was our waiter, Christian. He has this electrifying personality that is engaging, warm, really fun. He saw to our every need and was detailed oriented, which we love. The surprise of the evening was when Christian brought a newly frosted martini glass, unprompted. I've ordered martinis a million times, all over the world and never has anyone cared that much, or thought of the detail.
Christian is a true professional that has that balance to keep things light, fun, and all business.
I found the food to just be mediocre. It's a lovely place with great servers, and you can tell the ingredients they use are fresh, but there were Inconsistencies in the dishes, in that my pasta came out warm, while my friend's was piping hot. I wouldn't go back, though I can see why others would.
Fantastic Happy Hour the food and drinks are great values. Order multiple dishes (2-3) because the plates are small during Happy Hour. The spicy rigatoni & kale salad are a must!
Loud but good service from Ben. Pricey but food was tasty.
Quality is worse than Olive Garden for 5x the price. If you’ve ever made pasta sauce from scratch you’ll hate this place. If you never cook and are easily influenced by ads, you’ll love it. Don’t get me wrong, the staff and service is awesome
Not what it used to be. Don't go for food. The servers were even embarrassed. At least they still had alcohol.
Beautiful restaurant, amazing food, been a few times now, and each experience has been excellent! Our server was also excellent, very knowledgeable, nice, attentive!
Our favorites and no particular order :
Spicy rigatoni, à la vodka sauce, if you want to add protein, I highly recommend the meatballs
Chicken Parm with vodka sauce
Caesar salad
Kale almond salad
Spaghetti and meatballs
Thank you very much, my family and I will definitely be back to try more!

Pick and choose correctly as some dishes are mediocre and some are very good: spicy rigatoni alla vodka is very good.
The pasta tastes superbly fresh! Pizza is delicious-thin enough to hold toppings without falling apart. Overall good food!
This restaurant is not the same at the one is Venice. The food is so overpriced and they give you maybe 10 noodles. The pizza is basically a soggy cracker and their “Caesar salad” has dressing and crumbles nothing else. By the way the picture I’m attaching was 30$ and that is exactly how it was delivered. It also tastes gummy like it was microwaved. I honestly rarely write any reviews had to warn people because it’s actually that bad. Go to Ospi in Venice or better yet go to Jon and Vinny’s
The Brentwood location is such a vibe. I've been to the Venice location but this one takes the cake. Food is 1000/10 and the spicy rigatoni is my favorite.
They had many tables open and the put us right by the service area where the waiters were coming and going and talking. Wish we had a different table. But if threats the only thing I had to complaint about, should tell you how great the food was. I'd definitely come back.
