A little too noisy and quite crowded, as in tables very close together. But food and service were superb!

Though the food was reliably excellent, on the evening we went, they were clearly overbooked. I reserved a table for 3 for 6 PM. We were finally seated at 6:27 giving us just over one hour to enjoy our dinner and run over to the nearby theatre for a 7:30 curtain

Our dinner at Jemma was confusing. We arrived on time for our reservation and waited 15 minutes to be seated. Once we got to our table, not one employee came by our table to greet us, take a drink order or anything for over 15 minutes. Finally, we alerted a team member, and he took our order. From that point, they tried to make things better for us, but it continued to be a bit off and confusing. For example, our food arrived in an odd order-not how we expected. UPSIDE...The food was AMAZING-so delicious. The restaurant sent us a free appetizer and comped our drinks, salad and the complimentary app. And once we got their attention, they were very apologetic. LONG AND SHORT-I would eat there again. I think our experience was a fluke. But caution-this place is very busy and I think it is subject to be overwhelmed by the crowds showing up for dinners before their Pantages show. Give yourself lots of time!!!

A perfect spot for a pre-show dinner. The host was wonderfully accommodating, finding us a quiet corner despite a lively and crowded dining room — a small miracle on a busy night. Our dinner salads were excellent, fresh, and beautifully presented. Service was attentive without ever feeling rushed, and we were able to finish comfortably with time to spare before the opening curtain. A seamless and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

For some reason, kitchen decided to take 6-7pm to loudly rattle around (and drop loudly) their pots and pans. This should be done outside of normal operating hours. The acoustics of the room amplified these sounds, which I'm sure the staff was well of but ignored. Didn't bother as much as my wife, y'all know how that goes

Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and motivated server Sofia made the excellent food taste even more exquisite

High tops seats are not to comfortable and there is no option to change seating once you schedule. Unfortunately, I was uncomfortable making it difficult to truly enjoy my meal. Food is delicious.

Delicious meal pre-show choice. We made a reservation and glad we did it was good and busy on a Saturday night. Started with a delicious salad and steak. Best part was our server. Shout out to our server near the bar at our high top.

Great location for dinner before or after the show at the Pantages. Excellent service. The appetizers and pizza were great. The chicken entrées were dried out. And paying $30 to valet is ridiculous when you can go upstairs to lemon Grove and they valet for $16.50. Jemma needs to reduce their valet parking rate.

I have visited twice and sat at the hightop and both times I have been treated so nicely by the servers. They are very friendly and attentive. The first time my server was Armando and the second time it was Hector. I love the food and desserts. It's also a very aesthetically pleasing restaurant.

Jemma is very convenient to dine at before a show at Pantages and the hotel that it is in, The Astor, offers a $30 flat rate for valet parking for the evening if you get a validation sticker at Jemma and show them your show tickets - Jemma had pretty good reviews, but being an Italian, I was disappointed with the food, as was my dining partner. They ordered the chicken Milanese, which was basically a thinly pounded, breaded and fried chicken breast. No sauce - just covered in large pieces of lettuce and a few slices of parm. cheese. Not very appetizing. I ordered the spaghetti cacio e pepe, which was a very very small portion and instead of the sauce being smooth and creamy, it was kind of clumpy. I wasn't that hungry so it was fine, but anyone that is used to eating more that 200 calories, would have been starving after. Also ordered a cocktail and it arrived when almost done with dinner. So, would not go back, but happy to have been able to eat so close to Pantages, have great parking and walk a short distance to the theatre. Did I mention it was a Tuesday night at 6:15 so don't think service should have been that slow - I usually leave only good reviews, but felt I should share my thoughts on this one -

Food was very good. Would like to see a few entrees added that were not fried, maybe a fresh fish or pork chop ?

I had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely to die for. And all of the staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and provided top-tier service. I cannot wait to go again.

We went to Jemma before attending a show at the Pantages. As usual, they had cocktails and dishes themed to the current show. And as usual, they were excellent. From where we sat in the bar area we could see the whole restaurant and everyone's service, including presentation, looked absolutely fantastic. Great drinks, great food, great service.

Robert is a walking masterclass of how a server should be. He explained the menu skillfully. The food is amazing 🤩. I highly recommend the bolognese and the pizzas 🍕. The dough is unbelievable!
