Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

I came here to say, I have never heard of this brand before but last night while shopping at my local Jay C (kroger), I stumbled across the Gluten free Gooey Butter cake ice cream and i’m so very glad I did!!! it’s delicious!!!! It’s not often us Gf people get to have cake and I actually don’t care for ice cream. I rarely eat it but that has all changed thanks to Jeni’s. I love it so much I might have ate half of it in one sitting….we listen and we don’t judge 😝. A+++++++++. Please don’t stop making this!

Sooo…I’m always on the hunt for the perfect chocolate ice cream…and this evening, as I visited Nan’s in Stow MA to grab some dinner, I discovered a cooler full of your ice cream, and thought I’d give “Darkest Chocolate” a try… I’m instantly hooked. Intense cocoa flavor, incredibly smooth and creamy, just an excellent chocolate ice cream that doesn’t “over-try”, but achieves a simple yet elegant ice cream experience. The only store bought ice cream that gives this brand some competition is the Zanzibar flavor of Chocolate Shoppe in Wisconsin…and so as a New Englander, Jeni’s has easily become my top choice. I’m so glad I discovered you!

Poor service at chapel hill location

I used to love this ice cream. I want to love it. Unfortunately the quality of their ice cream has greatly declined. I have purchased skillet cinnamon 3 times now over the past few months. Every single pint had maybe 1 inch of cinnamon ribbon in it. I may as well just go get a pint of vanilla ice cream at this point. The kicker is the label on the side says “…and cinnamon (lots of it)…” NOT A CHANCE. It’s like this with the Boston Cream Pie (no chocolate), and the Biscuit and Peach (no peach). I have to get the ice cream at a Jeni’s location if I want the same experience. But the pints are aweful.

After being recommended for this ice cream shop, it is the best dessert shop of the must-visit course when you come to LA.
This place, which makes you taste and feel good, makes you visit again.

My recent visit to Jeni's Ice Cream was wonderful, thanks to Scarlett's excellent assistance. She recommended the Bay Leaf Cheesecake flavor, which was unique and satisfying, and I also enjoyed the Gooey Butter Cake flavor. Scarlett’s kind and welcoming attitude, along with the overall friendly vibe at Jeni's, made me eager to come back. Highly recommend this location for both the flavors and the fantastic service!

Scarlet was amazing! She had a big smile and she was very kind to all of us. She made our friend’s night very memorable. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff. :) It’s such a blessing to meet a staff who is very happy and kind.

& Jeni’s ice cream always tastes so good! Me and my friends always pick Jeni’s at Larchmont.

AAAMAZING! The Gooey Butter Cake Ice Cream is to die for!

When you come to Jenny's Ice Cream, you must try the brambleberry. It's so chewy and delicious.
The waffles also have a really good buttery smell?

Their ice cream is fantastic! The flavors are fun and exciting. The people that work here are very friendly. Definitely would come back here again!

Incredibly friendly, cashier was knowledgeable in the most widely enjoyed flavors, tried the chocolate & I believe peanut butter? Both amazing.
Refreshing, almost wish I could eat a whole tub of their ice cream.
Their wafers are also very fresh & crunchy, not those week-old wafers that are chewy.
Not much to say, great quick location to come for ice cream.

Wow, this ice cream was fantastic!! The butter cake and the double dough where my favorites- shared in a waffle cone the flavor combo was out of this world. Lots of fun flavors and a couple benches outside for you to sit and enjoy. Can't wait to return!
