Tall dude with glasses very rude to me and other customers today. He gave very aggressive and snarky replies to simple questions and made me feel very uncomfortable. I just wanted a sandwich and I pay a lot of money for these sandwiches, I come everyday. Long time customer. Jersey Mikes lover. And now i'm sad, hungry, and out 50 dollars.

I'm cool with employees playing their own music on their phones instead of whatever corporate stuff is come through the sound system, but if you're gonna do that, turn the house music off. Having the two battle against each other is super annoying.

I bought a sub from here and when I opened it, a fly flew out of it. To make things worse, a glass cup broke when trying to kill the fly, and a piece of glass cut my foot. Such a horrible experience that should’ve never happened. Get a bug machine.

Ask for pickles and yellow peppers and extra juice I even asked the person charging me if it was done and he stated yes but when I looked at the sandwich it had none of what I asked, I even gave them a tip of over 15 percent for them to mess up my order never going there again.

I was on my way to the airport and stopped to pick up a sub sandwich here. I can not believe how fresh it still tasted as I flew into Hong Kong! Great ingredients, such a lovely guy serving, not forgetting super generous toppings. Thanks! ?

First of all I love this location the employees especially charlie make this my go to but recently I’ve had a couple bad experiences with one of the newer workers he completely ripped up my bread while cutting in half, gave me multiple pepperoni stems that I had to pick out it was so bad I couldn’t eat it while I was contemplating even eating this samdwitch I watched this kid eating while making food smacking above somebody’s order he then he goes to the bathroom and it sounded like he was smoking in there because he was making really loud, coughing and gagging noises it was so loud that it was embarrassing all the other workers, one of the other good employees thoroughly apologized to me about the bad experience and it really seemed like every person working there was disgusted with this guy as well. hopefully you guys can get rid of him because I love this location and don’t wanna see it be ruined by one person

The worse location. Stuff is unorganized, unpleasant, very slow. Pick up for order online is not ready when it is told and when it is finally ready, the stuff gets confused and they don't know who's order it is. I witnessed, when they put wrong ingredients on the order, instead making a new sub they try to cover it.I would highly recommend to use other Jersey Mike's locations and not this one on Olympic Blvd in West LA.

Worst experience ever man, 3 guys that don't know how to efficiently run a damn sandwich place. 2 look like guys high and the 3rd dude just standing looking how the rest slowly work.

Tony & Elton were professional and extremely courteous. Food was killer as well. Great crew.
