I visited Jersey Mike's Subs for lunch today. I can't recall the exact name of the sandwich I had, but I was really impressed by the freshly sliced meat and the bread. The fact that the meat is sliced right when you order really enhanced the overall taste of the sandwich. It feels like a great option when you want a simple yet fresh and fulfilling sandwich. It was a satisfying meal!

I really like jersey mikes, but I just don’t understand some of the people that work at them.
I came to this one because there’s a parking lot, so convenience. I knew when I had to repeat myself it would probably be challenging ordering. Well, one girl asked what all I wanted on the sandwich WHILE she was making someone else’s.
Only for her to put the wrong mustard on it and I ultimately have to repeat everything I had already told her. I feel like if you know you messed up my order I shouldn’t have to ask for you to make it over and nor should you ask if I want you to make it over. JUST MAKE IT OVER! Just makes things awkward to me because now people in the line are staring and the people sitting are waiting on my next move! SO ANNOYING

I really enjoy their FRESH sandwiches. Did I say fresh? I have eaten there several times and the flavors are simply better than other sub shops. Place is clean and neat and the app worked flawlessly for me. I will be eating there more often. There are many options: get ingredients as a salad, get ingredients as a wrap. I also like the pricing of the same pricing for any sandwich.

The experience I had with Jersey mikes was absolutely horrible! I placed an order on 3/25/24 for delivery on 3/27/24 between 11:30-11:45am. Our event was set for 12pm. It was 12:30pm and Jersey Mike’s still had not delivered. I called and spoke to (female supervisor - named Ryan) she was absolutely horrible. She argued with me saying I placed the order for pick up. Why would I go pick up an order or 100+ sandwiches. We always order delivery. The icing on the cake was her telling me “ make sure you send someone to come get downstairs, because I’m not going up” so I made sure to tell her - she won’t be getting a tip and she hung up on me. Make sure you train your employees with better customer service.

People seem to be in a rush not not much was getting done, they the guy that put my sandwiches together was literally just throwing things into the sandwich without a care as to how they came together. He slathered a ton of me mayo, oil, vinegar and lettuce on the sandwich though I told him no lettuce and light mayo and juice.Sandwich ended being fine but just the lack of attention to detail makes me not want to frequent this l location.
