The experience I had with Jersey mikes was absolutely horrible! I placed an order on 3/25/24 for delivery on 3/27/24 between 11:30-11:45am. Our event was set for 12pm. It was 12:30pm and Jersey Mike’s still had not delivered. I called and spoke to (female supervisor - named Ryan) she was absolutely horrible. She argued with me saying I placed the order for pick up. Why would I go pick up an order or 100+ sandwiches. We always order delivery. The icing on the cake was her telling me “ make sure you send someone to come get downstairs, because I’m not going up” so I made sure to tell her - she won’t be getting a tip and she hung up on me. Make sure you train your employees with better customer service.

People seem to be in a rush not not much was getting done, they the guy that put my sandwiches together was literally just throwing things into the sandwich without a care as to how they came together. He slathered a ton of me mayo, oil, vinegar and lettuce on the sandwich though I told him no lettuce and light mayo and juice.Sandwich ended being fine but just the lack of attention to detail makes me not want to frequent this l location.

First time at Jersey, Mike's and I must say I'm not impressed at all. I got a big kahuna first see me was unseasoned. I had to go home and put some salt on it and it still was a little lackluster. I wasn't happy there only three bad choices, rosemary in Philly just didn't seem like it was going to work. I don't eat white bread, so I had to eat the wheat. If I ever try them again, I'll probably try with just regular either like turkey roast beef meat to see if my impression is better, but I can take them off my list now I just need to try Jimmy John's or just stick with Subway. The staff was OK not very helpful , and not rude but just not good customer service.

I was very much concerned about the sanitation of the restaurant, especially the ways they make sandwiches: it was very unsanitary and unclean so much so that I had to correct the person making the sandwiches! It seemed like that it wasn't such a "BIG" or serious concern for them at all! I will probably not come to this location anymore because of such a low standard they have! I really think that they should reconsider the ways they hire people and the way they train them! Otherwise, it will definitely crumble down! There are a lot of small little cracks! It didn't look like "Jersey Mike's" at all tonight! Not only was it just an unpleasant experience, but also it made me view the restaurant differently! Hopefully I may not get food poisoned from the sandwiches! And they don't even welcome their customers! I know it was about time to close! But even then, don't you want your customers to feel welcomed so that they may possibly come back again? Isn't it something already given, so basic? Please do something unless you so desperately want to close down your business so "unexpectedly"!

So disappointed in this location. Went to order a sandwich that ended up being made wrong which wasn't a big deal because mistakes happen. I had the receipt where my order was written and went back to the store to see if it could be re-made correctly or even get a refund. The guy at the register began to say that he couldn't give us a refund or remake it because the sandwich was already bitten but I didn't realize the sandwich was made incorrectly until I tried it and realized there was no steak in the portabella cheese steak (it was all mushroom). My boyfriend was respectful and persistent that something should've been done since it was a mistake from the girl that made the sandwich, and finally ended up getting it remade, but in a small size even though we ordered the biggest size originally. Really upset that the employee kept saying "what do you want me to do" instead of trying to find a solution to the problem. Will not be returning anymore

The person working the cash register gave herself a 20% tip! There is no way a giant #13 and large drink cost $33!!! Never coming back

I like jersey mike's and this location is pretty chill and the owner is responsive. I just wish they would allow us to do a lettuce wrap for the same amount of the sandwich without making us pay extra for a bowl ( basically a salad) other than that this is a good place to eat clean, efficient, good customer service. Although there was one employee that seemed a little irritable but it was a lunch rush so maybe she was tired.

The dude working tonight messed up my order, gave free drinks to homeless people, and just all around seemed miserable. Sorry to be such an inconvenience dude, keep bagging those meals.

I've been coming to this location for years. I always had a bad experience due to the staff. As of late, it's seems that the staff has changed. The two young Hispanic men that have taken over are the best. Very professional and great sandwich artists. Every time I get a sandwich it's delicious and made properly. They are organized and concise. The place looks clean and welcoming. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
