Employees are rude and will leave you on hold forever before solving your issue. Match them up with GrubHub and you have yourself a horrible customer experience for sure. Cancelling GrubHub based on my recent bad experience with this vendor.

Hey you guys so this location has plenty of parking it's really small like most locations but they get the job done. I always get the club supreme and it's so delicious.

I found not 1 but 2 long black hairs in my sandwich, 1 of them was baked into the bread and after digging it out, I had to throw my sandwich away because I was so disgusted. ? I feel like the health dept needs to see how things are handled here.

I went here to pick up food, and the first worker was nice and but the second line was very unfriendly, not smiling…sloppily making sandwich and just careless.The cow, I mean manager JESSICA witnessed her being unfriendly and I then brought it up to the manager but the manager began to just defend her, as if I did something wrong saying and say she was a really sweet girl.Bad customer service, and I won’t come to this location anymore. ?

I pretty much hated my sandwich (took out meat and cheese and ate only half the bread, then gave it away) and the early afternoon crew helped me with no issues, made my day.

I always enjoy the quality of tasty sandwiches from jersey Mike's. I have been coming to this location a couple of times, I always get club sub, but once in a blue moon, I get the philly cheesesteak. I have had a couple of times where I have had issues with either the sandwich or the order itself. But the owner of this franchise always reaches out to me to help resolve the issue. His name is Rick, and he is always very helpful, but I will never take advantage of any issue just to get something for free. The fact that I always continue to go back to this location tells me a lot.
