Waited 3 years as a Westchester resident & former New Jersey boy who was brought up on Blimpies & Jersey Mikes, for Sepulveda to open! The 13, the 66, and the Turkey/ Provolone/ with appelwood bacon are about as good as I remember . I'm feelin some good old east coast comfort foods. Nice Jersey Mikes location. On our way to pic up someone at LAX, we stopped at Jersey Mikes to grab a bite to eat. I always get the Philly Sandwich when I am here. The meat and vegetables on the sandwiches were fresh . WOnderful staff and good sandwiches. I was happy with Jersey Mikes this time.

I found not 1 but 2 long black hairs in my sandwich, 1 of them was baked into the bread and after digging it out, I had to throw my sandwich away because I was so disgusted. ? I feel like the health dept needs to see how things are handled here.

This location was outstanding! We're big fans of Jersey Mike's subs because they're tasty, healthy, and the kids love them. We always get Jersey Mikes for school and team events. In fact, we ordered at this location when we were looking for a lunch to feed our team for the Academic Decathlon. We're from out of the area but knew that JM's was a name we trusted for healthy and delicious brain food. The staff here (Solomon and Lupe) went above and beyond. Not only did they make our large order, they labeled everything and wrote names, and divided the order by our teams. We placed the order a couple days earlier and the manager who helped us was wonderful also. We could not have been more impressed and appreciative of Jersey Mikes. BRAVO and THANK YOU!

I always go there, the service is prompt and direct, I like the way they make my veggies,!Jessica and Carla handles their business, they have a youngster there, Maliha very cute and a whiz on the cash register she makes a great veggie sandwich too! Go check them out they're all great a good crew and there's always parking

The customer service sucks they didn't want to help me didn't want to do anything when I got there the big lady time 8:50 is cleaning her slicing machine I'm Inside only person and she doesn't welcome me or nothing just awkwardly waiting like 5 mins then she says ready I tell her what I want just silence you can tell they just wanna go home they upset I'm there I can feel the vibes I'm really hungry I want. What I want then she says in a last attempt to get me to leave I only have wheat bread lol ok goodbye thanks for nothing so I just left horrible customer service all 3 of them were upset I was there to buy a sandwich they shouldn't be closing if they aren't closed if your unhappy with your job quit find something you like I'm hungry don't want unhealthy fast food guess I'll go somewhere else will not be coming to this location Again next time they might try to fight me this Jersey mikes sucks and I love jersey Mikes guess I'll go to the one I know by my area not Inglewood

Ordered #9 at the LaTijera location. Specified no mayo but it had mayo anyway also sandwich was sloppy. Favorite location is LaCienega near Pico!
First time at this location, and probably the last. For having very few people on line or in the restaurant, the wait for sandwiches was fairly long. There also seemed to be way too many people working causing the work space to be exceptionally cramped.

I went here to pick up food, and the first worker was nice and but the second line was very unfriendly, not smiling…sloppily making sandwich and just careless.The cow, I mean manager JESSICA witnessed her being unfriendly and I then brought it up to the manager but the manager began to just defend her, as if I did something wrong saying and say she was a really sweet girl.Bad customer service, and I won’t come to this location anymore. ?

I pretty much hated my sandwich (took out meat and cheese and ate only half the bread, then gave it away) and the early afternoon crew helped me with no issues, made my day.
