I wasn't good at English, so I showed him the translator, and he explained it to me while picking up the menu himself. The staff member was very friendly, showing me the ingredients and asking if it was spicy if it was on the menu. For menu number 56, THE BIG KAHUNA, I highly recommend it! Ordering is easy as you just have to choose the bread and size!!

Sandwiches are always so dry even if you ask for extra oil & vinegar. They used to be really full heavy sandwiches but they're mostly lettuce and bread now. $12 is already really expensive and it's just not worth it anymore.

A truly flavorless sandwich, even the bacon(which was overpriced) had no flavor, the only reason I knew there was bacon in the sandwich was from the crunch alone. How do you mess up bacon? Service was ok, the guy making my sandwich went crazy with the oil in the sandwich.

I love Jersey Mike’s because their subs are always made the way I like them! I love the customer service because everybody who works at Jersey Mike’s always says hello with the big smile and I willing to please! I especially love the service that I received from the Jersey Mike’s in the Wilshire district!!! a very special thanks to Jonathan and Patrick because they gave me excellent service
Ordered a sandwich for lunch and was disgusted to find my sandwich having what looked to be thick hair baked into the bread. Store claims that it was “fiber” from where the bread was located or stored but it left me not wanting to eat anymore. Terrible experience. Would not eat there again

This is the third damn time you guys apparently did not get my order. This was through the JM app. Never had an issue with other stores but this one always seem to have "Not receive my order". Just want to let everyone know to double check your orders and call these cats again, and again to make sure your order is in if you need to.

Went in for lunch, don’t really take it personal but the dark Guatemalan girl with a bit of light brown in her hair was extremely rude. Her representation was distasteful to jersey mikes normal customer service. There’s even a new girl with a braid and she was great but the little dark one had a nasty trash can attitude and very sloppy with her whole service. Will start dinning elsewhere.
