Never order online at this place. Online orders pushed to the side until walk in customer is finished

Very professional and courteous staff. They prepared my gluten free sandwich away from any sources of contamination and even used toppings from the back to avoid cross contamination.

I happened to try out my local Jersey Mike’s in Koreatown today for the first time, and I honestly wasn’t expecting the incredible experience I received.
The three gentlemen working—Leon, Pat, and Matthew—were extremely well-mannered, respectful, and delivered beyond exceptional customer service. Even though the store was busy, they managed the flow smoothly and made sure every single customer felt welcomed and taken care of.
They greeted everyone with genuine friendliness, offered helpful suggestions when ordering, and brought an energy that made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. It’s rare to see this level of care at a fast-casual chain in 2025.
They made my sandwich perfectly and even told me about the rewards membership, which I immediately signed up for. It’s also refreshing to see men of color in customer-facing roles who clearly take pride in what they do.
Thanks to these three gentlemen, I’ll definitely be back. Keep up the amazing

Nice staff but too much multi tasking, they always forget my pickles
I like the sandwiches, lots of options. staff seemingly always argumentative. Lady kept interrupting me in defending a sandwich i wanted Not being there because it could be worse, It couldn’t not be there at all. Not sure how your point helps me. Location is a cramped mall stand, not great to wait in, or find parking in

Everyone who works here deserves a raise, I just was here picking up my food and they were really busy with orders, but at the same time they were dealing with rude spoiled ass customers. Made me really mad. Praise these workers for having so much patient!!!

The employees are friendly, the sandwiches are soft and chewy, and it feels easier on the stomach than Subway, so when you pass by during lunch, you are suddenly drawn in by the smell of bread.

I wasn't good at English, so I showed him the translator, and he explained it to me while picking up the menu himself. The staff member was very friendly, showing me the ingredients and asking if it was spicy if it was on the menu. For menu number 56, THE BIG KAHUNA, I highly recommend it! Ordering is easy as you just have to choose the bread and size!!
