I ordered online order 11:35am for my lunch and I have waited 1200 to 1234 and still didn't got my order.The people who arrived after 12pm got their food and left the store.So basically the staff were neglecting the mobile order and there were bunch of mobile order customers left behind.For me, I wasted my lunch time.Ten out of ten for worst customer service and speed for fast food franchise store

Great sandwhiches but everytime I come in there is drama. It's just a sandwhich people. A customer was throwing a fit so the guy helping me ignored me when I asked for some mayo as their sandwiches are dry wo it. He thew my sandwhich in a bag and glared at me like what mf? Rudest spot in town. This one guy always cowls at me too I've noticed. Sorry I'm hust hungry after work. So sorry to bother you guys. Manager is professional. That's about it.

Let me tell you a few things about Jersey Mike's in Ktown, first off the store is super clean and kept tidy the staff is very talented, I experienced this on a Monday at lunchtime hours The manager Abraham is always in a good mood, and very professional the sub-sandwiches are my absolute favorite in town Ask for the "A&B special" steak & cheese grilled with pepperoni, portobello mushrooms, onions & bell peppers, it's amazing you won't be disappointed 5-stars
Good sandwiches, but the guy who made our food went from sweeping the floor to taking orders. He did put on gloves before touching the food, but he should know to wash his hands after cleaning. The female washed her hands tho, so 3 stars for her.

The manager at this location Johnathan is very attentive and kind. You can tell he is an excellent leader and treats everyone really well. I would highly recommend anyone to come get a sandwich a jerseys mikes and especially this location.
I love going here just because I really enjoy the food anyway but the gentleman by the name of MARCO as well as his team do a very nice job of running everything smoothly and efficiently.For a sandwich shop , they have a ton of clients but I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 mins. Love it !
