I will be honest the food here is amazing & the team work is phenomenal. The biggest thing wrong here is the customer service lacks tremendously. They definitely stare and keep doing what they are doing with no greeting or they will wait for you to say can I order. They don’t seem to want to be at work or they aren’t a people person. Customer service training should be had because the food is great but it’s nothing with out the grand experience.

The employees hate you the moment you walk in. They talk to you like you're dumb, dont make eye contact, and overall rude as hell. Dont bother coming in they will kill your mood.

Really good service. Really friendly people. Jersey mikes always great flavors. Especially on a hot day.
Parking: Really popular eating spots but we usually find parking within minutes of arriving on weekdays. I’ve never been here on the weekends.

When I first saw that they were going to open a new plaza new me I was excited and when I found out there will be a jersey Mike's I was more excited I waited a long time to start buying my sandwiches at Mike's, I been coming to this location since it opened , been a loyal customer but recently saw new workers , they look at you like they are mad like if your not welcome , and for the past two months they seem like they pick and chose what customers they want to attend first and who they want them to wait. I'm really disappointed Mike's can do a lot better in picking and chosing there employees , specially when your spending $40 almost every week so bummed out this will be my last time at this location thank you for reading .

Do not bother ordering from the app for a pick up because they will most likely get your order wrong. It happened to me two times today around 1pm..with the online ordering. I went with my family. We ordered off the app and they got 2 of our 3 individual orders wrong.The place is clean, it was not busy, if you’re going to order, do it in person.I feel bad, because my partner did not like his onion filled sandwich (he requested no onions), and my sandwich left me puffy because of the excess salt and Mike’s way that my body doesn’t get along with..Besides that the employees seem nice, maybe it’s something wrong with the system that did this, just order in person if you want to be satisfied.
