Whether it’s a hott sub or a cold one, mikes way , is just that, On any sub!. People do look at whats being prepared for them, i asked clearly mikes way, and politely. the person that was on hot station was a female, I’ve seen other reviews that say the girls here are having issues with their job, management needs to come check in on these kids

Sandwiches are always made delicious whether you pick them up or have it delivered. Try the Original Italian bowl if you have a need to cut out bread or carbs.

For a work event we decided to cater from this branch, and they were amazing. Food was ready by the time we arrived, super friendly staff and all the sandwiches were prepared as we requested!!

Jersey Mike's just went up on their Prices a couple of months ago. They say they have New Owners. The Sandwiches are the best fast food chain to me on the West Coast, but they cut their slices of cheese to thin. Sometimes, I can't taste the cheese. Also, if your sandwiches don't look like the correct portions, you can ask them to weigh your Sandwiche for the correct position.

I went in 3 weeks ago no one said hello the manager who was helping me had his back to me having a conversation with 1 of the other employees about something personal when he finally did turn around he gave me a sight eye and asked me what I wanted but didn't really care gave me an attitude so I looked at him and said don't worry about it I'm going to togos. I'll never come back to this location.

I come to this location cause I live 5 blocks away , but the bread is not fresh at all

The employees look very tired and angry, and seem to really take ut out on the customer.

I will be honest the food here is amazing & the team work is phenomenal. The biggest thing wrong here is the customer service lacks tremendously. They definitely stare and keep doing what they are doing with no greeting or they will wait for you to say can I order. They don’t seem to want to be at work or they aren’t a people person. Customer service training should be had because the food is great but it’s nothing with out the grand experience.

The employees hate you the moment you walk in. They talk to you like you're dumb, dont make eye contact, and overall rude as hell. Dont bother coming in they will kill your mood.

Really good service. Really friendly people. Jersey mikes always great flavors. Especially on a hot day.

Parking: Really popular eating spots but we usually find parking within minutes of arriving on weekdays. I’ve never been here on the weekends.
