I recently visited the Jersey Mike’s location in Echo Park, Los Angeles, after having an exceptional experience at the Jersey Mike's in Irvine, CA. We hadn’t had Jersey Mike’s for years, and our visit to the Irvine location made us excited to try it again in LA. However, this experience could not have been more different.
From the moment we walked into the Echo Park location, it was clear that Jasmine, the employee assisting us, did not want to be there. Her attitude was dismissive, unfriendly, and she came across as completely disinterested in providing any level of customer service. She got our order wrong multiple times—incorrect bread choices, mishandling the bread by throwing it on the counter, and even cutting the bread into small pieces when we asked for regular and mini sizes. To make matters worse, when I asked for my sandwich "Mike's Way," she didn’t hear me, and instead of clarifying politely, she asked again in an unprofessional tone. Despite asking several times, she didn’t even bother adding vinegar, which is a key part of "Mike's Way."
It was well before closing, so I can’t understand why Jasmine’s attitude was so poor. Her lack of care and professionalism has seriously tarnished the Jersey Mike’s brand for me. I will never return to this location, and I will actively advise my friends and family to avoid it as well.
If this is the standard of service at this branch, I can't imagine how they stay in business. Jasmine either needs significant retraining or should not be in a customer-facing role at all. This experience was unacceptable, and I sincerely hope management takes action to improve the service at this location.

I liked both their service and their orders, clean place and very friendly employees and the good thing is that they speak Spanish. I recommend it 10 out of 10

I ordered online and sent someone to pick up my order. Why did I have to specify what kind of chips and drink I wanted if I was supposed to pick them out myself in the store? Of course my chips and drink were missing from the order.
But to top it off, they put my sandwich together in piles of messy meat slivers mixed into a drippy sauce that was spread all over the outside of my sandwich.
There was barely a hint of chipotle flavor in my last bite of my turkey chipotle sandwich. The extra avocado was actually a blended sauce that was also all over the outside of my sandwich.
My sandwich looked like they dropped it a few times before, during, and after making it.

The place is nice and one of the employees there left an image with a terrible attitude with which he treated me in a disrespectful and unpleasant way because I did not speak English, he was simply telling me look my colleague will take care of you that she does understand Spanish although I doubt much that he does not master it, he simply did not want to serve a client correctly.

I just ordered from here and had a great experience. Well, I was being somewhat of a pain in the butt customer (being whiney and complaining) Nathan who helped me never missed a beat. He was incredibly professional and patient. I would hire him if I could.

I don't typically like chain eateries, but the workers here have been very friendly, the interior very clean, and the sandwiches fresh and delicious! A super consistent, quality experience and sandwich. I now go regularly for a fresh deli sandwich on whole wheat bread.
