Jersey Mike's Subs

This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. I’m not sure what’s going on, but some of the female employees come across as entitled and unnecessarily rude.
During my visit, my card initially declined because it needed additional funds. I added the money right away, but instead of being patient, the employee became visibly frustrated. When she recharged me, she did not provide a receipt. When I pointed this out, she responded that I “didn’t ask for one,” which is unprofessional—customers shouldn’t have to ask for a receipt.
Due to her attitude, I spoke with her supervisor and asked that the issue be addressed. He acknowledged my concern but did not speak to her or take any visible action. This lack of accountability is likely why this type of behavior continues.
If managers do not properly correct and guide their employees, it can lead to bigger issues and consequences.

The staff at this location doesn't pay attention to details. I requested no mayonnaise and no salt but the female employee makes food her own way. My food was ruined. Who hired her?

This is the Best Jersey Mikes of All Jerseys Mikes in Los Angeles and possibly beyond.

As someone who work at multiple Jersey Mikes establishments.

I can without a doubt testify that they are doing an Above and Beyond job at this Location.

Every visit is peasant and friendly
and the sandwiches or always made to
Mikes Way perfection.

down & the employees for great work.

I really do love this location, but tonight was such a big disappointment. I was there around 6:30pm I kindly asked for fresh avocado and then the young lady who made my sandwhich took my bread in the back and put avocado on there to where I couldn’t see what she was doing. I did not like that, and she gave me the wrong bread which was rosemary when I asked for white bread. Also, on another sandwich that I ordered I said no jalapeños and the sandwich was full of jalapeños and it made my mother head hurt and she have high blood pressure and just had a major surgery. I will be taking the food back tomorrow!

I'm in the food industry. They slice their meat to order. Trust me, it is the same quality as the pre-sliced Subway. STOP ASKING FOR DAMN TIPS! Yall making over $20 per hour.

Usually love ordering cookies with my sandwich and this time im not sure what happened. There is some type of seasoning on my cookies. Only 1 of the 3pk i ordered doesn't snt have it.

My sub was great!

I'm a driver in L.A. and have to grab food on the run. This location is so easy to deal with. The food tastes great and the employees are always on point. Favorites are Number Four and Club Sub.

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's, and it's pretty good! The girl who helped me was very nice and accommodating too, overall, it was a nice vibe.👍🏽
