Girls here only giving 2 slices of ham in your sandwich, not coming here again, but if you see the guys serving the meat and bread go for it.

My sub was great!

I'm a driver in L.A. and have to grab food on the run. This location is so easy to deal with. The food tastes great and the employees are always on point. Favorites are Number Four and Club Sub.

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's, and it's pretty good! The girl who helped me was very nice and accommodating too, overall, it was a nice vibe.👍🏽

Food is always good. Please pay your employees more so you don't have to ask for tips.

So, I'm not big on sandwhich shops because I like to make my own...however I have been violently craving this place for the better part of a month. I finally made my way here today, and boy, was I disappointed.

I am not one to cause a scene, so I didn't say anything, but I walked in, and there were no customers in. So the young lady asks me what I want. I tell her I would like the classic Italian.

This other guy comes in around this time and he asks for something...turkey I think?...although the lady told the guy slicing the meat what I was having and gave him the bread he proceeds to put that bread down and picks up the one for the other guy and starts slicing that other customer's stuff first and hands it over to the girl to finish. In my head, I'm like, why would he do that? If I was here first?...I didn't say anything and continued to wait. I think the girl noticed my discomfort, and she took a pause from the other guy to start working on mine. Still trying to finish the other guy's sandwhich but acting like she is trying to complete mine first so that I won't say anything.

Before she rings me up, she asks if I have a number with them, I didn't know what she meant. So she said it's for points, I said ok and she's like, have a good night. As I am walking out, I hear her ask that other guy if he had number, he says no, and then begins to give him full details about how their rewards program works. So, once again I felt uneasy, I don't know why I was given such poor service, I don't know if my vibe was off or I did something to upset them and give them the need to treat me as if I was bothering them. Maybe they were having an off day? I don't know!

I dont think anyone should ever be made to feel as if their business is not welcomed, and I hope if someone from their establishment sees this, they correct such atrocious behavior.

Been here twice and so far it never disappoint the manager knows how to please a costumer but the newbies seems to still need to learn more.

Vegetarian options: Parking is at the back and free.

Super cleans and well staffed I want to give a shout out to an employee was very understanding when I rushed in ten minutes before closing! Very nice and memorized my specific order with all its quirks the first time. I have no idea how he has such a good memory ! Great customer service I will be coming back again

TRUE STORY: Many years ago, I was being harrassed and followed by a man who looked homeless. One of the employee at the Santa Monica location came out to make sure I was Ok.

Only one employee working so I get it. Work sucks. But do your job correctly or find a new one. My family got super sick after eating here. Sad because I used to love this place

Prestinely clean, I always get served by the same guys who provide excellent service, and the club supreme is one of the best sandwiches ever. The crispy perfect bacon really ties it together and the cookies are delicious.
