Hi,
I showed up to order a sandwich today, and spoke to the tall guy with dreadlocks! I’ve been coming to this Jersey Mikes since about 2018 consistently. I’ve never had any problems in the past even with the high turnover. The tall guy with the dreadlocks today was outrageously rude. Mentioned he was the manager when I asked him to reach out to the manager. I’ve encountered him 4 or 5 times, and each time he’s dry, looks unhappy to be there, and is always very meek, condescending and rude. The fact that you have someone on your front line with this attitude is diabolical. It’s sandwiches for gods sake. If he is unhappy to be there why is he there. I watched his tone change when a Caucasian couple walked in right as I was done ordering, and gathered my food. Very sad to see as I am sure this is not Mike’s philosophy on customer service. I also noticed a few complaints about him while reading through the reviews. Perhaps the internal addressing is not working. Very sad!

On August 9th, 2025, at approximately 4:27 PM, I visited your location to purchase a sub. The employee assisting me, who had dreadlocks, was openly dismissive, curt, and visibly irritated when I asked questions about the menu. Their tone and body language conveyed clear annoyance, creating a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it turned what should have been a simple, pleasant visit into a deeply uncomfortable and upsetting experience. I believe this incident reflects poorly on your establishment, and I strongly urge that it be addressed promptly.

I have a problem being charged 3 dollars for avocado and 2 dollars for a chip reader fee. This should have been 16 dollars in total for sandwich and a bag of chips. Somehow I was charged 22.
Why is this Jersey mikes twice as more expensive than the others?

Kathy makes the best sandwiches! They are layered so beautifully. It’s a great spot for lunch. I always get the turkey and provolone. All the employees are very nice. They validate parking in the back lot for 30 min.

Jesse and Kimberly and Elton not only made my sandwich with love they also were super friendly and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I asked for extra toppings and they didn’t hesitate to make me happy with extra. The shop was very clean as well! I will be returning

Shoutout to Elton Who made me the best sandwich i have ever had at jersey mike. it was so good i don't know what he did exactly he siad that's how he made it for himself and that should be added to the menu
call it The "Elton's Special Philly Steak"

can't wait to come back and thanks again to Chef and artist Elton. Give the man a raise and give him a position to train Jersey Mike's Cheaf Chef at Jersey Mike's headquarters and he can help create a new and amazing sandwiches for us, Talent!
