I have a problem being charged 3 dollars for avocado and 2 dollars for a chip reader fee. This should have been 16 dollars in total for sandwich and a bag of chips. Somehow I was charged 22.

Kathy makes the best sandwiches! They are layered so beautifully. It’s a great spot for lunch. I always get the turkey and provolone. All the employees are very nice. They validate parking in the back lot for 30 min.

Jesse and Kimberly and Elton not only made my sandwich with love they also were super friendly and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I asked for extra toppings and they didn’t hesitate to make me happy with extra. The shop was very clean as well! I will be returning

Jesse, the GM of this particular location provided exceptional customer service & was very friendly and welcoming. From the hello he said as I entered the door to the sandwich he created for me, Jesse ensured my experience was out of this world. He created the best sub I’ve ever had. Jersey Mike’s did right promoting someone like him to GM and is an outstanding employee to represent the company.

Ordered a regular sandwich. Was told they ran out of white bread (at 145pm). Ok, I ordered wheat. Sat down, started to enjoy my sandwich. Not even 5 minutes later, I hear the employee say to a customer "white bread right?" No need to say much more after experiencing this.

This place was horrible. The workers were very slow and not very friendly. The food was prepared for a long time for fast food. Sandwich #64 was completely tasteless. It tastes like you took whatever was left in your fridge and stuffed it into bread. Not salty, not sour, NOTHING. the tables in the establishment were dirty and sticky. I will NEVER come to this establishment again. It is a waste of money for tasteless food, bad service and dirt all around

Jesse the general manager helped me with my order and made my sub spectacular. I ordered #7 turkey and provolone and the layers were even and to perfection. The taste of my sub was fresh and rich with flavor.
