This Jersey mikes shows exceptional customer service. They are friendly and quick. You can tell cleanliness is their priority. Jesse the general manager helped me with my order and made my sub spectacular. I ordered #7 turkey and provolone and the layers were even and to perfection. The taste of my sub was fresh and rich with flavor. I would Definitely Recommend this Jersey mikes to anyone not only for the quality of the food but for the exceptional experience I had at this store.

I stopped in during a cold rainy night. BRIAN helped me. What a terrific experience. Friendly and warm, Brian turned my gloomy night into a ray of bright light and hope. And the sandwich was delicious too. If you want good food served up by outstanding individuals, you have to patron this location. Good people serving good food. Thanks Brian !

At 9:50 am doors were open and tables and chairs outside, nothing that shows store is closed, even the sign says open . After waiting for 2 minutes at the counter, a guy came from the back, no hello , and with a rude face told me "we are closed" . The manager Jesse could not handle the situation except with I'm sorry. Never to be back to this place, horrible customer service

I have been to this place a few times now. They never got my order right. The service is garbage. They always have new staff, which tells me they are not getting the right people, making me confirm that my food is not prepared with the highest standards. How does one trust such a place?
Food and service was fine, but cleanliness of the bathroom could be more detailed. It's fine you need to ask for the key due to vagrants, but if that's the case, the floors should be spotless, paper rolls installed, and air freshener regularly sprayed. Other than that, it was fine.

I'm sorry but there is cheese everywhere which I don't like but cappacuolo is wrong and in Italian sound like a bad wordCapocollo maybe they meant Good luck cheese loversI wasnt trying to diminish anything Unfortunately like I said im not a cheese lovers but im one and u must serve thousand people so I understand your business Problem is that on order to write a comment we have pit some stars and i dont like it cause most of the time i hate criticisms and or critics in general So i know i was makong a comment more than evaluate a performance or such Keep doing what u must Its your work and im sure u doing professionally well Me Im jist passing by Sincerely Maurizio

I have to say that I am beyond impressed, I am a sub aficionado and the quality of the product and ingredients is worth it.I ordered two subs- the first being the #17 "Mike's famous Philly" and the second being the #9 "Club Supreme" which I added cherry pepper relish to. Finish it all of with a bag of salt and vinegar chips and you're good to go.10/10
