Sad sad sad? This is the worst Jersey Mike's that I have ever been to. I'm a frequent Jersey Mike's customer because I love a good sandwich. My go to location is in Gardena. But, for some reason I decided to try this one right by the airport. Needless to say, it was a poor decision. The employees were like zombies. They had no welcoming. It was like they didn't care. Therefore, it manifested into the horribly made sandwich. ?

We ordered it from this location through the app. They got the bread wrong on one of the sandwiches. And, did not add the ingredients we paid extra for to the other sandwich. I would not order from the app through this location. It is probably better to order in person. That way you can oversee the employees making your food.

This one was a lot cheaper than in carpeteria surprisingly .and the big kahuna chicken with added tomatoe and Mayo was finaminal .tho with their steep prices they still tryna milk us .they added chips to my bill then asked if i want chips psshh .theres 5 subways within this one mile radius cough cough i only showed up because i had a gift card .and no restroom

Jersey Mike’s always hits the spot on those days when I don’t know what to eat for dinner, whether it’s the chipotle chicken sandwich or the #9 the quality is consistent throughout. This location is very quick and efficient overall.

We stayed at the Residence Inn Mariott & Jersey Mike's was part of the hotel. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the freshness of the subs! ?We were welcomed by friendly team members & ordered the buffalo chicken sub & requested some roast beef to be added to the mix which was soooo delicious!!! ?We ordered the giant one which cost around $20 & my husband & I shared it which was quite filling but if you are hungry! Order a giant one for yourself! You won't be disappointed! ?Thank you Jersey Mike's! We need some of these in New Zealand & Australia!! ???
Went late in the evening after a flight, for take out. It was so good, we went back the next day for lunch. Walking distance to several hotels so you don't have to worry about moving your car (or not using one).11/3/23 around 10:30/11amWent right before a busy period and a person with a walking stick came in to order. One of the employees took his order and showed him to a table. When his order was ready, he walked it over to him (as opposed to just calling out the name on the order) and made sure he was good before he left the store. Great customer service!Food was worth the price (about $12 after tax for a regular sub).Vegetarian options: Options for vegetarian and gluten free on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: When you first walk in, there is a table with three chairs and an empty spot for a wheelchair to be pushed up to the table. Large enough aisle (based on appearance) as to move around in the store.

Great Philly Cheese Steaks and hoagies. Last visit I had to wait an extra 10 minutes while they used the grill to cook bacon, leaving no room to cook a cheese steak. Other than the extra time it took to get my sandwich, it was very good. I try to hit a Jersey Mikes at least once a month.

For airport this is probably a best choice given price and quality. Yes, line is very long, but I think it's worth the wait. The lady there was very friendly. But the guy who was making the sub was not that efficient. I guess he thought that I was just a girl and didn't give me two full sized bacon. And only two pieces of tomato. But then he gave the lady behind me double what I got. Oh, that doesn't feel good. But yes, the sub was delicious and I'm happy that they have a gluten free option.

I Definitely will NoT be coming Back very poor customer service!!I've noticed that their attitude in their ads comes across as indifferent, as if they don't really care.They forgot to include the bread I wanted for my sandwich, and when they were remaking it, they didn't inform me, even though I like to watch my sandwich being prepared. The customer service at this restaurant was extremely lacking or subpar.The restaurant's dining area was quite dirty or not well-maintained.The shift that comes at 3:30 pm should consider enhancing their customer service approach. NoT good at All!
