Called and went in on a rainy day to find THE most welcoming, professional service and tasty sandwiches. This is not common in the currently Covid burned-out places in the area these days.Parking: It's in a shopping center with plenty of parking

I ate at the food chain on 12/4/23. Ordered a meal there and found a foreign object in my cookie. coughed up a big piece after I realized it wasn't 'cookie" but swallowed smaller pieces that I thought were pieces of chocolate. Was left with a bad stomach ache, constipated, and nauseous. Had to go to urgent care to get looked at. Very disillusioned. I actually took some photos.

Never come to this place, even if your a client they won't let use your restroom because they clen it before they close. They don't care and they say they can't do anything about it.

If you want to customize your items, I would go elsewhere. I have an egg/dairy allergy and can't have sauces/mayo, after paying almost $15 for a small sub it came with everything I can't have on it. The staff needs to read the tickets prior to making the food.
I thought I ordered here but the JM app sent my order elsewhere. I had to order again there, and had to pay twice. I contacted the store owner & they reimbursed me. It wasn't their fault but they made sure the customer didn't get screwed. My sammies have all been delicious!

Ordered online and they made the sandwich wrong. Didn't know it until I was home but I was not going to return back and complain. Thought about it, but decided to just never order online and blindly trust they will do a good job if I am not watching that they make it how I want or I won't purchase it. They had my money so they didn't care to make it right. I said no mayo. They put mayo, I said Rosemary Parmesan, they used Wheat, I said please warm the bread, it was a cold sandwich, entirely. Completely disappointed since my 2 previous experiences had been very pleasant, but they were both in store. It was 2 guys in the night shift on Venice Blvd. Terrible service, didn't even tell me they had made substitutions or that they forgot to read I said no mayo and please make it warm. Don't trust them with online ordering. If you want what you ask for you have to go to the restaurant and watch them! Two thumbs down.

Very disappointing to walk up to the restaurant at 8:45pm to locked doors and the employee inside telling you they closed at 8 when the hours clearly say 9pm.Should really get employees that want to work.So if you're looking to eat here plan on being here before 8pm otherwise you're not getting in.

I came in for two bags of chips shortly after they opened. However, the cashier was very nice, the place was clean (I know they just opened but still) and the workers seemed very friendly. Another bonus is the bacon they had sitting out was super extra crispy, and smelled amazing. I almost thought about getting something simply due to that, but had to get on with my day.Ended up going to another location which wasn't as great but this wasn't enough to turn me off Jersey Mikes just yet...
