As usual, extremely slow service, hire some people, pay them decently.

Even though it was busy they took time to thoroughly wipe everything down and make sure it was clean for no cross-contamination for allergies. Excellent staff who took their time to make sure it was safe for me to eat gluten free!

Perfectly fine Jersey Mike's Sub, missing some bread options but it doesn't deserve the low rating...

Overpriced drinks and chips. I spent $100 here and they don’t do refills because “it’s policy”. Really? Not clear communication about which sandwich was (got some sandwiches mixed up) which when my family and I ordered (5 kids and 2 adults) and they asked “do you want that extra sandwich” but then charged me for it. I won’t be eating here again.

Subs weren't bad but weren't great, bread was dry. I like that they cut everything fresh in front of you.

service was pleasant, but the sub was horrendous. meats were old and chewy like gum with chunks of unchewable fat (or somerhing!) in them. bread was stale. couldn't finish and didn't have time to return, so ended up going hungry. the small water I bought there to drink with my sub cost more than a latte at starbucks. yikes. avoid. not likely to go to ANY Jersey Mike's again after this experience. this is NOTHING like a real Jersey sub.

Honestly for airport food $13 for a good sized sub is as good as you're getting at

Often has a long line, can't get a mini size and no rosemary bread but that being said they are generous with the meat and cheese and the staff are friendly and polite but can't do modifications so order off the menu, this is not the place to order like a rock star. Good syrup in the fountain

Unbelievably rude team members. It took 33 min to get my sandwich. Which at an airport is an important detail that should be shared with guests when ordering. And when people were panicked about missing their flight the cashier was out right ugly to them.It was wild to stand there for 30 min watching the whole situation.I’d go anywhere else if you find yourself near Gate A 20.

I have eaten at Jersey Mikes 100+ times. Never had a horrible sub until today. First it took 41 minutes to get to subs. A guy in front of me said he was lactose intolerant so they wiped the slicer for 8 minutes. This place needs help Asap. HORRIBLE experience.

There's a lot of negative surrounding anything at an airport so it's twice as important to share when something is good.I ordered the Italian and it was great. The guy that made my sandwich was nice and also generous with everything and it tasted great.

Ownership/corporate should be ashamed of their employees at this location. Zero work ethic. They have five employees (visible) and shut the business down an hour before closing time due to “no staff.” If JM can’t make sandwiches and operate a register with 5 employees, they are really doing it wrong. Most locations run with two employees all day long. Unfortunately it just seemed the staff wanted to go home early, and leave customers behind. A lot of lost revenue. Great job.
