First time visitor from the uk. Stood at the bar for what must have been 10-15 mins today, the bar maid knew I was there but decided to ignore me for quite a while. After eventually asking me what I wanted I asked for a pint. She looked at me like I ordered a gun? Whilst repeating my words in a bizzare patronising tone she Then asked for ID..I’m 38? But that’s fine, it’s the fact she was Totally rude. What a shame because it’s a lovely looking place.

Took extremely long to obtain a table. People who arrived after us got in first. Waiter kept looking everywhere but our table. No I am not a karen nor did I complain. Spent a hefty amount there. Gave a generous tip but would not go back. The food is limited, they could not make any drinks a virgin. The pasta was undercooked and spicy when it does not mention chili at all. Took 15 minutes to be seated when there were at least 25 tables free. Manager was surely and a terrible example. Don’t go.
He took the order himself but we walked out. I wouldn’t put it past him to have spat into the food. Terrible terrible attitude
