Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville

Highly recommend the burgers and of course the drinks especially the MOJITO! Appetizers weren't impressive...dont recommend the fried pickles or the chips and Guacamole since they really weren't worth the price. The kids meal was moderate but the burgers is what will bring me back!

Our server Ryan was terrible. He was rude, made several snide comments and was generally condescending. Not a family friendly environment at all. Would not recommend and will never be back

We walked out after 15 minutes of sitting at our table without so much as an acknowledgment from our waitress, Corrine. When we finally got up to leave, she claimed she was “just about to come to our table,” which was not true—she had been tending to two other tables near us the entire time.

I spoke to the manager, who was pleasant and professional, but while I was explaining the situation, Corrine interrupted and became confrontational. Even after her manager told her several times to stop, she continued.

This restaurant was not slammed, and it only takes a few seconds to greet guests and let them know they’ll be taken care of. The lack of basic courtesy and the attitude when addressed was unacceptable.

My bf and I decided to hit up margaritaville before horror nights and had a pretty good time. Our waitress Jen was amazing! 1000/10 customer service. Got the fish tacos and a ranch burger. 10/10 food. For drinks, can’t remember what we got but 100/10. Great experience overall.

Seen this place after coming out of universal studios, place not busy so got s table very quick. Our server was good but the drinks wr ordered seen weak. Food was ok but price high

I thought it was a food buffet because of the name but it turned out that the owner's last name is Buffet, we didn't stay to eat but the place looked nice.

Very nice service and our waitress was funny and not pushy with upgrades or anything. Atmosphere is very tiki/Hawaii. The food was great and overall nice place with very good service and a lovely atmosphere.

We were craving nachos and decided to head out from Universal Studios and try Margaritaville. We sat at the bar and our bartender, Will, was absolutely fantastic; it felt like we were catching up with an old friend. Upon finding out that we enjoy tiki drinks, Will shared some of his favorite drinks on the menu, and reminded us that they have a full bar and could make us something off-menu as well. Will made us some delicious Hurricanes, which paired great with our giant platter of Volcano Nachos (we were absolutely starving when we came in but two of us sharing the nachos still ended up with us feeling completely stuffed). All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and service was excellent. Margaritaville felt like a little welcoming oasis after a crowded park day and we're looking forward to coming back!
