I ordered a spicy Italian and this is the sandwich I got. When I called and asked for a refund the man who answered the phone was very hostile and tried to blame it on me grabbing the wrong order, but I was handed my order by the person who took my order. When I asked for a refund the man on the phone told me it was going to take him 2-3 hours to give me a refund if I didn’t have my receipt even though I had told him my order name. When I then said yes I’ll take the refund he told me, “if it mattered for me to get my $10 back that much he was going to to take 2-3 hours out of his day to send me the refund.” When I then got upset about this sarcasm he called me a liar, and told me he never said that even though I have it on recording. He then told me that I was not special and shouldn’t expect special treatment when all I was asking for was a refund. This is the most insane and horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I placed my order on 10/24 at 3:10pm. When I found my receipt he told me he would give a a refund and I never got it.

I have been a bigger Subway fan (before I knew what Jimmy John's was), and having had it twice now I am definitely a convert. The ingredients are fresh, and the sandwich is perfect. I am vegetarian, and the Veggie with your add-ons of choice make for a great meal!
I was also blown away by the service. The workers are so kind, and they don't rush you at all.

Was just in the neighborhood visiting friends at USC, and had to try the new sandwich place. I’m usually a subway guy but this place was just Fire!!! Service fast, shop was clean, staff was friendly but most of bomb sandwich’s and lots of beautiful ladies!!! I’m definitely coming back!
