It's a decent sando made fresh in 90 seconds for only $13 in the financial district with a sweet patio. It's great. Don't listen to people confusing JJ's with 71-Above nor the ones leaving bad reviews after calling in complicated orders that take more time to describe than assemble.Gotta read the room.

The store manager went above and beyond to help me today. I missed a few ranch dressings from my order and had to come back to the store. Not only was I greeted with a solution, I was welcomed back with a smile! My order was comped and made fresh! We made a few jokes and I ended up being even happier when I left! You can't beat that type of customer service in 2023! I HAD to leave a review! Bravo to this store! And the sandwich was AMAZING!!! They paid attention to every detail! I will be loyal to this location for work!

The experience was amazing. The two associates who helped me and my girlfriend out definitely went above and beyond. They recommended a few options in different sandwich that are the most popular and as well their personal favorites. It was our first time ever having Jimmy John's, and I would definitely go back based on the experience. Highly recommend this place. I wish I had got the two associates' names, but I went in today around 6:45ish. Both deserve a huge raise ? ?.

Good not great sandwich. You know what to expect at this place it's a chain restaurant. I've only had the #5 the Vito I love it the meats are great and thinly sliced and the bread is the best.

It's acceptable, but this is what they consider "extra" hot peppers when you order in. I'm counting about 4 slices of peppers. Otherwise, sandwich is a totally average sandwich. Not really consistent with the quality I've had at other locations, or even consistent visit-to-visit. It's serviceable, but based on the quality I get dining in, I'll never order delivery.Edit: No Jimmy, I'm not going to your website. I already have contacted you. Thanks though.
